I think Mayank will be quite upset with Nupur when he finds out - and most likely he's not going to find out thru Nupur but thru someone else - maybe Adhiraj. If he finds out thru Adhiraj - and Adhiraj who thinks Suhaani is Nupur may tell him that they are getting along quite nicely - will make him v.angry. Also Adhiraj is being called Raj by everyone - and Mayank knows about Nupur's fascination with Raj - is going to make Mayank feel v.insecure and thus causing him to be v.angry.
