Hello Everyone, I'm Lipsa. Most of you probably don't know me . Ok don't scroll and look for outstanding creations. I have just started siggy making and believe me ,I think I'm not that good as all the wonderful siggie-makers here. . Just don't Laugh.. . I lost most of my sigs in the computer format which I had foolishly saved in the program folder..So all those are left I'd be posting now Ok I wont bak bak more and I hope you like those sigs down there. *crosses my fingers*

Just one moment If anyone wants to request (Probably they wont after seeing my sigz.that's why I'm writing rules before hand so atleast You would read them.
