Exactly. The most senseless part is that inspector arrested Ranveer on "attempt to murder" charge. Ranveer himself brought that guy to the hospital and told the truth to the inspector. If Ranveer had any intentions of murdering the guy then would he do all this ? He would just run away from there. The inspector is so weird.
Logically speaking, if that goon dies just because of injuries then the doctor has equal responsibility as he didn't start his treatment right away.
Anu the doc would not be responsible as there is a procedure to follow in such cases, as well as in accident cases etc. They cant start treatment w/o police authorization or something, this happens here in Pak as well.
Like in Mumma Bhai, the boy tried to commit suicide but the doc would not treat him without police report, so this happens.
But the over-reaction was something too much too digest at this point.
