Should we continue being judgmental?

should we continue being judgmental about the new actors? I mean they just entered MJHT...agree with the fact that they need time to improve into their acting and all that...but they can only improve their acting once we give them a chance in MJHT...like at first for example, Samrat aka Mohit struggled in the beginning in acting but later on he started to improve well on acting and his acting later became fantabulous ..agree with fact that our old and sweet gang is being sidelined...but in the future ...the new actors will obviously be seen interacting with the group in the future..so probably little by little gang won't really be sidelined..let the creatives show the glimpse of the new characters and how they interact with the gang...later on do the complaints on acting and what so ever..
