Life has its ups and downs and there are bad times, sad times, hard times and impossible times. During such periods we tend to pray a bit harder and perhaps light a couple more joss sticks. Not many can hide their feelings and it is easily sensed and picked up by those close to us. Sometimes it never rains but pours.
So I guess we just have to be patient and hang on and ride the storm.
Some blame it on karma and some blame the Gods and some blame the world, but understanding the nature and cause of the problem would be useful in ensuring it does not recur.
Some get comfort in the fact that there are others who are far worse off then them.
Still others listen to the voice of their conscience.
Generally a talk with close friends/relatives is recommended.
