Prem should tell her...I think any other way would either be more hurtful to Heer, or will cause even more disturbances between them, because if she supposedly hears bits and pieces of a convo and figures it out herself...or she finds out from someone else...(Ash) then she won't trust Prem in the future...she will always doubt him...

Blood groups matching doesn't prove anything. She probably won't believe that...she's too smart for that..I think =S
