I believe in Kunal [Aman Verma's character] It seems like Ekta has waived this story around Shiney's case which is the same in the sense that he had done it with his maid on a consensual basis but she filed a case against him for rape.😕

hiney wasnt wrong and its been proven. He did the act with the maid with her consent so it WAS NOT rape. Also, there were no marks on Shiney's body which will be inconsistent if he had raped coz then the maid would have atleast TRIED to get away from and scratched him or somehing but there was NOTHING of that sort on his body.
