Two main characters are wimps

Every time I watch PR I get frusted that why the two main characters Manav & Archana are such a wimps. Archana hardly ever speaks but always with wet face (crying all the time) and Manav looks hopeless in front of his mum. The strong minded aai's in both the family seems to be the main characters instead of the young couple. Come on Balaji, change the story quickly and make Manav & Archu strong characters and let Archu speak more instead of Manav's aai. Otherwise end PR now.

i agree.... they r just too weak........... now i am more interested in ashwin varsha track,,,, i know they r showing ashwin as negative right now,,,,, but i realllllly want ashwin-varsha romantic traa\ck,,,,,,,,

I don't see Manav as a wimp, he put up a fight for his marriage and defended Archana repeatedly whenever Savita spoke poorly of her. Archana, yes there were a few times she spoke up for Manav but those quickly vanished by the next episode! Archana goes back to treat Manav poorly and not fight for her marriage. Savita nor Sulochana would have so much say in Archana and Manav's marriage had Archana spoken up more!

I don't think Manav is a wimp .. Manav always defended Archu against his mom .. evn in one of the last week's epiz, she was shocked and was left speechless .. but now he's hopeless in front of Archu as he doesn't understand what's going on btwn archu and satish .. Archu also spoke up sometimes like when she did refuse to sign the papers, but then we forget it as in the next epiz, we see her only crying and dumb .. but yes i agree with what is bolded ..
as bollywoodcrazed pointed out .. if only Archu spoke up, this marriage wd have been saved .. and Aai's won't have anything to say abt .. it all depends on Archu now, she has to prove her love for Manav .. Manav already did the maximum so we can't blame him ..
