I think Nupur was sarcastically saying whatever in precap, we have to watch the episode for the real truth as if Nupur said this to Mayank why is there a new entry opposite nupur.

i think nupur ye sab baate kehkar Mayank ko ye jaata rahi hain ki wo use kitna pyaar karti hain lekin jab ye dialogue khatam hoge tab nupur apni Asli baatain shuru karengi

aur unke beech ladai ho jayegi jo mayank seh nahi payega aur wo waha se chala jayega

kyunki

promo ko dekhte hue yahi lagta hain
warna Mayank nupur ko chodkar thodi na jaata
