Welcome to our dear Nitty's Birthday Bash.!
(Now this is what we call a party. Not like J-house party where you'll be lucky if 8 people turn up. As Amu (aka detective Mogambo) pointed out, J-house doesn't hire caterers to feed the guests. So when it comes time to eat, they start a hungama and distract everyone and all go home hungry. Cheapos!)
But here we have organised a full sumptuous spread:-
Tandoori Chicken (in honour of fake tandooried Prem last year)
Parathas (Heer finally made some after Prem placed an order a year ago)
Bhindi Masala (Prem's favourite)
Haldi ka Dhoodh (in case of accidents)
Laddoos (you can look but don't eat, it's plastic)
Bharfi (Heer makes this only for best friend Geet, but today we can all dig in)
Kheer (don't worry, I made sure Heer put sugar and not salt)
Halwa (yes,Geet rescued it and it's up to chef standard)
Rasgulla (eat at your own risk, carries health warning)
Okay then. Everyone eaten? Happy? Shall we cut the cake?
Chahat very generously lectured her parents that since Nitty is sad, they should give her Chahat's cake. Of course Premeer agreed and changed the "C" to a "N" and cut the cake with Nitty, who by the way is just a few months younger than Chahat. And Prem gave Nitty a special hug.
Gift Time.
Nitty is a little bit down these days due to events concerning our beloved Premeer and Chahat. She's crying without the help of glycerine. Even Heer is shocked and in her typical mahaan way, informed Prem that one of their ardent phans is depressed and that he should do something for her.
So Prem, immediately sprang into action and went birthday shopping for Nitty.
He bought her all his favourite things.
Plastic bangles. I'll ask bangle seller if Prem actually paid for these.
Payal!! Oh-oh. Don't know how Heer will feel about this.But of course she won't show her jealousy.
Flying Pink Dupatta. Prem was sad about this because it reminded him of his heartbreaking split with Heer. And Mogambo please investigate any connection between this dupatta and that attack on Heer.
So Nitty, these gifts are from Premeer with their love.
And we join them in wishing you a very happy and successful year ahead.😃
