So Garima, Happy Birthday firstly! 😃 Secondly, this shot was halfway written way back when Shabo left the forum and I was shamelessly stalking yours and Kimz conversation about her writing you a shot with Shahrukh 😉😳 Anyways I couldn't write with Shahrukh cus well it's too long a name? 😛 Anyways! Here is a somewhat special shot for you with the name Rahul, which in my eyes was totally srk! 😃
Enjoy! 😳
"Kya matlab Rahul?" Garima narrowed her eyes at the boy sitting across from her on her bed. "You're telling me I'm going out on a date tonight? And you're telling me this NOW?"
Rahul ran his fingers through his already floppy hair and grinned at Garima showing off his cute dimples. "It's 1 pm, the date starts at 6pm. You have more than enough time to get all dolled up for him."
"Hi—him?" Garima repeated. "Who's the date with?"
"Woh mera dost haina? Ajay?" Rahul smiled at her expectantly. "I thought you had a crush on him."
"Rahul!" Garima frowned. "You're my best friend so I told you, but that doesn't mean you set me up."
"You'll have fun Gari, promise." Rahul looked at her in an earnest way.
"Fine. I'll go," Garima groaned. "Is he coming to pick me up?"
Rahul shook his head. "Yeh baanda kis din kaam ayega?" Garima just gave him a look and he stopped. "Yeah, I'll stop. Anyways I'll take you to the place he has it all set up."
Garima smiled. "Okay. Now go, I've got loads to do." She got up and pulled Rahul off her bed. "Out!"
"But Gari..." Rahul pouted while she shut the door on his face.
"Too much to do...but not enough time!" Garima mumbled as she rushed to her closet.

"Garima! You open that door NOW! It's nearly 5:30 already," Rahul pounded on her closed bedroom door.
"Three minutes," she shouted back. "My sari ripped."
"Your what?" Rahul called out. "That's it. I'm coming in."
He fiddled around with the lock on the door and then whipped out a credit card trying to pick the lock. Finally he burst in with a startle as she headed straight for Garima. He held onto her shoulders for support and then glanced down at her.
"Why are you dressed so fancily?" He made a face.
"You said it's a date."
"Yeah, not your wedding." He laughed. "Let me help."
"Why, what do know about getting a girl ready?"
"Try me," He gave her a taunting look and so she succumbed.
"Fine, let's do this YOUR way." Garima sighed before plopping down by the dresser.
"First go change, wear this." Rahul smiled as he took out a pair of blue jeans and a pretty white blouse.
"It'll help if you leave the room," Garima pointed out.
"You're right,"
"Always am," She grinned as Rahul left her room, letting her change in peace till he barged in two minutes later.
"Rahul you've got to stop doing that! What if I was changing or something?"
"You're not," He grinned.
"Yes...but still," Garima stopped arguing when she realized she was fighting a losing battle. "Fine."
He leaned down to her ear level and whispered. "You look great in these clothes by the way,"
"Really?" Garima flushed with the compliment.
"Really," He smiled as he leaned forward to take off her heavy chandeliers earrings. One by one he took out the pins holding her hair together and ran his fingers through her soft hair to loosen it.
Each time Garima felt a bit comfortable around Rahul, he'd graze her bare skin or blow air across her ear causing her to shiver.
"Ready?" He asked.
"Kis liye?"
"To look at your beautiful reflection of course," Rahul grinned as he turned her around to face the mirror.
Garima sighed. "Shut up Rahul, it's not beautiful."
"Just shush and look."
Garima sighed before opening her eyes and seeing her reflection staring back at her with widened eyes. "Woh—main hoon?"
"Aur kaun ho sakhta hain?" Rahul smiled putting his chin on her shoulder. "Chand ka tudka to tumhi ho na?"
"Rahul," Garima blushed. "Why are you being so flattering today?"
Rahul shrugged before moving back. "Meri marzi,"
"Haan haan," Garima rolled her eyes and picked out a headband and glanced up at him in the mirror, raising her eyebrow.
Rahul scrunched up his nose and shook his head.
Garima shook her head in an amused manner before bending down to pick up a clip. She raised it in the mirror and smiled at Rahul who nodded as he left the room.
"Pagal," She whispered under her breath.
"Heard that," He called from outside.

"I don't know Rahul," Garima gripped his hand tighter as they went up the short walk to the restaurant.
"Let's go Garima, don't be so nervous. You like Ajay right? It'll be okay." Rahul smiled reassuringly.
"That's not it Rahul," Garima groaned to herself.
"Then?" Rahul frowned, pulling her back.
"I don't—I've never really talked to Ajay before. Who knows if I have anything in common with him?" Garima sighed.
"You're not done..." Rahul smiled.
Garima smiled back. "How'd you know me so well?"
Rahul shrugged. "Dosti main yeh sab hota hain, Now say what else?"
"Well—it's different. This would be my first date," Garima's cheeks flushed. "I've never spent time alone with a guy; a guy that wasn't you."
Rahul smiled softly. "Do you really want to be with Ajay tonight?"
"Kya matlab?"Garima frowned. "You think I should turn rebellious and stand him up?" Garima giggled at the thought of poor Ajay sitting alone at the table.
"No Gari, he is my friend." Rahul grinned. "I'm just asking if you rather be with someone else...?"
Garima smiled. "There's only one person I rather be with,"
"Oh?" Rahul frowned. "Who's that?"
"Let's walk, then I'll tell you." Garima pulled him along inside. They both took a seat at a table and Garima smirked. "Where's Ajay?"
"He'll be coming. Tum kaho na?" Rahul smiled.
Garima smiled. "What should I say?"
"What we were talking about outside." Rahul frowned rather impatiently.
"What was that?" Garima smiled as she put her chin in her hand on the table.
"Gari!" Rahul frowned. "Yaad karo na!"
"Kyun? Tum nahin keh sakhte?" She shook her head.
"Kya?"
"Jo tum kehne ke liye mujhe yahaan laye ho,"
"I haven't brought you here to say something," Rahul smiled nervously.
"Rahul," Garima smiled. "I know."
"You know what?" Rahul frowned.
"Ajay nahin aaraha na?"
He was shocked was putting it lightly. How she could know was beyond his mind. "Wh—what gave you that idea?"
"Rahul, I've been your friend for how many years?"
"Too many to count," He smiled.
"Exactly. I can see it in your eyes. Jab bhi tum jhoot bolte ho, tum mujhse nazar nahin milate," Garima shook her head. "And when I noticed that before—I called up Ajay and asked him what was up and he told me that he's in Connecticut right now so there was no way he'd be here tonight for this 'date' you planned."
"Shit," Rahul muttered to himself.
Garima smirked. "Did you really think I was so gullible?"
"I under estimated you," Rahul shrugged.
"Now are you going to say it or should I have to do that as well?" Garima smiled.
"Garima," Rahul smiled back. "I don't want you to have a date with anyone else. No one besides me."
Garima smirked. "Just what I wanted to hear."
Rahul took her hand across the table. "Is this why you were making such a fool out of yourself?"
"Me? When was that?" Garima scoffed.
"When you were getting ready in that sari," Rahul smirked. "You knew didn't you? That I would come and fix you up."
Garima shrugged. "I did expect it."
"You're sneaky," A dimple appeared in his left cheek.
"I learn from the best," She smirked back at him.
After a few moments Rahul inched his chair closer to Garima. "You're not upset right?"
Garima frowned. "Why would I be?"
"Well—you're with me..." Rahul sighed.
"Rahul, that's the best part of this right now." Garima lightly kissed his cheek. "I'm with you."
Love,
Meera😳
