Shreyasi & Yatharth Weak; Hemant Strong in Finale

i don't know if this is just my opinion or if many people felt the same way. but throughout the last few episodes of lil champs i felt like the competition was going to be very tough as all three singers showed consistency and almost flawless performances leading up to the finale. however, during the finale i saw a lot of weakness amongst shreyasi and yatharth. i felt that they could have done a lot better. they had many errors in a lot of their performances. up to the finale i thought that shreyasi was a definite winner. but my views changed after watching the finale. i felt that hemant was the strongest contestant out of the top 3 during the finale. he proved that he can also match shreyasi and yatharth. he was phenomonal in the finale. he added a lot of his own variations and was very powerful. i was shocked that yatharth and shreyasi did not live up to my expectations during the finale. without a doubt they are great singers but being the finale they were not as great as they should and could have been. with that said hats off to hemant. 👏 well deserved win. and i'm sure all the little champs will go very far as they are all talented and just amazing. don't want anyone to get me wrong here as i think both yatharth and shreyasi are very talented singers...anyone have similar viewpoints? or is this just solely my opinion?

For me, ability to sing classical type songs carries a big weightage and that's were Hemant stood out in comparison with Yatharth and Shreyasi. Hemant was able to do justice with a 'halka-phulka' type "Maa kaa laadlaa" song as well as with classical based songs - line the one which brought Asha Bhosale to tears. Neither Yatharth, nor Shyreyasi were as comfortable as Hemant when it came to singing classical type songs.

yea i totally agree...after he came back thru wild card i realised how wonderful singer he is...after dat he has been giving flawless performances consistantly...soo im v happy dat he won it..i liked 3 of dem...soo it really donst matter..they all r deffo much much better & talented den other reality show's singers..VS also very much impressed wit him..i hope shrasii gets a gud break in bollywood..she deserves it..she can give tough competition for these big singers..

No doubt about your view there. As it was said by many in other thread that most of the champs had some flaws in singing during the finale be it the finalist or the older contestants like abhigyan yashodhan who are considered to be one of the best getting eliminated too soon. But hemant and swarit did kept the spirit high with the flawless singing and hemant did a great job he got his stage presence and he was not nervous he was rock solid with his performances during the finale and kudos to him as he is doing great at mere age of 11.
