Ok he is the perfect son, he didnt like Malti's mom's intervention in their life, but in what way is Kaushi different from Malti's mom, except that she is not as loud and boisterous as her, but attitude-wise Kaushi is no angel.

Kaushi has interfered in Rag-Ranvir's life more than once. There even came a time when she told Ragini in the kitchen not to waste her time and life solving other's problems (Alekh and Sadhana) and tell this to damadji also (all this while Sadhana was standing right there). Rajvansh house is rich so she might not talk anything about money to Ragini, but once Alekh starts handling buisness, she'll start talking about that too, apne pati ke paise par nazar rakna (this is exactly what Malti's mom told her). If Ranveer happens to hear this and shouts at Kaushi in front of everyone just like VIneet, how would Ragini and Vineet feel. I hope Kaushi gets a good dose from Ranveer.

Kaushi was telling Naani, I dont like Malti's mother's attitude, hamare khilaf bhadkati hain bahu ko. Doesnt she do the same when Ragini is around.

Vineet, for once, have a good look at your own mother. She is only being nice to Malti because she is pregnant with their hone-wala grandSON (I dont know why not granddaughter). Oh the BTW, if she has so much problem with skin color, why didnt she choose a dark-skinned wife for her son, it was not a love marriage I am sure. Mamaji has tried and failed in changing Kaushi's attitude, I hope Vineet or Ranveer do something about it.

I feel embarassed enough for Ragini when she tries to solve their problems.Vineet might be blinded and biased cos its his own mother.May be Malti can show him that his mother is no angel and how she treated Sadhana.

I completely agree with you. Vineet is biased towards his own mother. He does understand her attitude towards Sadhana and even dislikes it but conveniently ignores it because Kaushi is his own mother.

Kaushi never cared for Malti until now because she is pregnant. Kaushi is only bothered about her grandchild not Maiti.

The way Kaushi interferes in Ragini's married life is so embarrassing and humiliating for Ragini. Its good that Ranveer is so understanding, that it does not bother him so much. But in real life no husband would like his MIL's interference so much.

I think the Serial simply shows the concerns of Kaushi over her daughter. For Kaushi, her primary concern is the well being of her daughter Ragini. Kaushi always felt that the beauty of Sadhna was a threat to Ragini. She felt that Sadhna's overwhelming beauty will always act as a challenge to the more simpler looks of Ragini.

This whole situation gained fuel from the ZALIM SAMAJ which always looks down on dark-skinned people...pushing them more and more towards SKIN FARINESS products... (how the hell a person starts looking lovely if they become fair?... ).

Kaushi's concern is motherly... its not like that of Malti's mom, whose concern is breaking her own daughter's home.

You might say that Kaushi's activities might break Ragini's home... but I really dont think so. Kaushi does tolerate more than Malti's mom... and kaushi doesnt display the very cheap aspects of Malti's mom either.

i completely agree..she is an absolute ungrateful woman..she dsnt even try to remember all tht sadhna has done for her entire family,not jst for ragini..

yep....good point. koshi also behaves in the same way as malti's mom though she is less crass. only difference is while ragini is sensible malti is gullible and has a tendency to be foolish. i hope malti points it out to koshi atleast if not vinu. after all vinu doesnt really know koshi's interference in ragvir's life.

Well, I think we're all biased towards our parents, and blind to their faults more than others. It's very easy to point fingers at others, but to do it to your own parents is definately harder, especially if the other person is your in-law, whom you don't like very much (though I really don't blame Vinu for not liking her). Personally I know I would ignore my mom's faults more than anybody else's.

However in Vinu's defense, I don't think he knows that Kaushi interferes in Ragvir's life. I don't think he knows the extent of Kaushi's dislike of Sadhna either because kaushi usually intereferes when ragini is alone or with Sadhna, if he did I'm sure he would've done somehting about it.. Let's hope Malti can show him that Kaushi is no angel either! She just has more sense than Malti's mum and would never say anything like what malti's mum did in front of Rajvansh Parivaar...but she would to ragini
