why couldnt archana work before?

I know the min qualification for any job in Mumbai is atleast 12th pass that is if you are lucky. And i have said in another post that she is just an 8th pass, how can they show her getting a job in an financial institute!!

As for your question why she didnt think before, I think the need never arised ofr her to look for a job.Vinod and Varsha were the earning members of the family and they also had Baba's pension.
