why couldnt archana work before?

now she wants to look for a job while doing school and studying and she is willing to do housework as well?

so y couldnt she work before and do the housework tht way she could gotten herself some workign experience and she could have found herself a husband earlier instead of being called uneducated??

i have worked in mumbai for 5 years as a recruitment consultant and i can assure you that she won't find a job in any office setting wiht her qualifications

not even a secretary because for a secretary you have to have a typing speed of at least 50 in mumbai and you have to be able to read and write in shorthand whcih i dont think archana has the qualifications for..well lets see wht job she bags...

I know the min qualification for any job in Mumbai is atleast 12th pass that is if you are lucky. And i have said in another post that she is just an 8th pass, how can they show her getting a job in an financial institute!!

As for your question why she didnt think before, I think the need never arised ofr her to look for a job.Vinod and Varsha were the earning members of the family and they also had Baba's pension. So now they have Varsha's pay and Baba's pension.House is solely running on Vinod's salary.Thats why she felt the need to earn.

thats what even i am wondering how can she get any decent job with out even completing 10th........i myself am searching for a job pursuing degree its so tough and this lady got job at one attempt

forget tht other qualifications in order to work in an office setting besides educational is that she has to

be fluent in English ( so funny cuz Hindi is the first language of India and yet to get a decent job you HAVE to be fluent in English)

computer literacy

having some kind of product knowledge or some related skill set like some sales experience

only job i can see for her is labor...

I think the recent developments are what caused Archana to look for a job. There are problems with Baba's pension, and Varsha no longer lives there. Money is becoming tight and Archana wants to help. As for the job Archana got, I think she got it because of Satish. If this were somewhere else, I don't think Archana would be so lucky.
