its not easy to quit, u gotta really make up ur mind and just totally take it out of ur system, which can be very very very difficult, but its not impossible...im saying this from experience....i wish i knew about organic cigarrettes few years back, it wudnt have been a struggle for me to quit...but thankfully, eventually, i managed too :)...smart move by deepika...proud of her :)

Yeah my father used to smoke quite a bit. And it was after quite a few tries and misses that he finally quit.

And yes it was smart of her not to risk it for a film.

when u smoke in ur young age, u don't feel anything and enjoys it, its becoz of the strong cells inside who are being resistant to fight for ur body,

but u don't realize what will happen when u get par 45?? the reaction starts taking from there, making u weak in ur old age and ggives u a horrible death🤢 this is evident from many reports and expierences, so its better to quit as soon as possible

today if these bollywood actors are surviving with smoking this is just becoz of their nutritional diets and trainers, otherwise no one can escape a tragic end from smoking
