Abhishek Sharma who plays Benji in Star One's Miley Jab Hum Tum was given a stiff task to tone down his body to suit his role in the show better. But the young lad was lucky enough to get a helping hand in Jas Karan Singh aka Dodo who guided him in this weight loss management program.
Talking about his strict diet and exercise pattern Abhishek says, "I had to be on a strict diet to get this role in the show. When I got this offer, I was asked to lose weight as I was a massive 90 KG then. With my diet and workout schedule, I have lost oodles of weight".
He further adds, "Jas Karan helped me a lot to lose weight. He was the one who used to get angry whenever I missed my gym".
The fitter and trimmer Abhishek is now part of a Bollywood film too. "The name of the film is 'Admission Open' and it is a college based story. I am playing the parallel lead there".
Well, kudos to both the master and student for achieving their set goal
