Pyaar Ka Bandhan captures the turmoil of a terminally ill mother and her four children, who are given up for adoption, with a hope of a good future and a promise to reunite after 15 years. The story begins fifteen years later with the journey of the four siblings Prateeksha, Chotu (Aziz), Milind and Aaraina, whose lives take diverse turn as they are adopted by different families. Their lives cross, though they are oblivious of their connection. But will they be able to find their way back to each other?
