Part IV (last part)
After few days as Sanavi is taking rest at Home.
Sanavi (looking at Aditya Snap): Kya Kahoon? Maine Aapke jaane ke baad, har din Aapse apna har dukh baatati. Jab Aap the tab bhi Aapse ek bhi baat nahi jhupae. Ab pata chala Aap to woh Aditya the hi nahi jiski main Itni Izzat karti thi. Aditya, Pihu ka bhi khayaal nahi aya.( …..taking a long pause)
Sanavi: Pehle jab aap hame chod ke gaye ..I always felt what made u so weak to take ur own life.
But I have got my answers Aditya…Aap Apni hi nahi , ham sab ki zindagi se khel rahe the, aur jab nateeje ki baari ayee to Aap chal diye…mooh chupaye...
(This time there were no tears in her eyes, she had some strength …within her. )
After few months..Sanavi called Uday , he had shifted base to Nagpur.
Uday: Sanavi…may be tumhe lag raha hai, ki maine jo kaha woh jhooth hai…but I have nothing more to say…
Sanavi: Nahi Uday…main jaanti hoon, jo tumne kaha woh sach tha. Tumhare kehne ke baad sab baatein sab haqueeqaut ko jod pa rahi hoon. Pehle bhi sab kuch nazar ata, magar insaan pyaar mey itna kho jata hai ki in baaton ko andekha kar, apne yakeen pe vishwaas karta hai.
Uday was happy Sanavi has assembled enough strength to take the bitter truth in.
Sanavi: Uday ..just wanted to say Thank u . Thank u Uday..aaj yeh sach sunana aur sehna , mushkil tha magar saal guzera aur aaj is sach ka samna karne ki mujhmey himmat hai. Magar agar shayad tum pehle kehte to naahi main yakeen kar paati, naahi apni zindagi bita paati , naahi samet paati….
Uday: Sanavi, Shukriyada mat karo, Meri Behan ki wajah se kya kaya nahi hua. Main ussko samjha nahi paya, naahi tumhe aagah kar paya.Aditya ko bhi pehchaan nahi paya. Jo bhi hua ab to bas yehi kah sakta hoon……forget the past…make the best of ur present for future.
After that conversation Uday felt a sense of relief. Sanavi could never forget the past, nor she had forgiven …but the only thing holded her back was the way Uday had been handling the issue. She felt bad how he had messed his life around all this. She felt how much pain he must have undergone with Aditya's death at one side and sister's critical condition at the other. He had taken all Sanavi's accusation silently. Always tried to let her live without interfering, keeping in mind how society may take this after Aditya's demise.
After almost a year, Pihu is now 6yrs old, its her birthday. Sanavi prepares everything for the party. The party is about to start & bell rings, Sanavi opens the door…
Uday: Sanavi, just came to wish Pihu.
Sanavi: Its so good to see u Uday…come in…(she calls Pihu)
Pihu: Hello Uday uncle…Mama told me that today u will come…
Uday is surprised…
Sanavi: I knew u would come. ( with a smile on her face) I think I still can understand u .
Uday smiled: Pihu here's ur gift ( A beautiful Doll along with a baby Doll ) Ok, I will go now,
Pihu tells him he will have to wait till the party is over. So Uday Stays back.
The party starts, cake's cut and Children play & dance on the music. Even Uday, Sanavi & Ajhoba join them. Party is over snacks served, Pihu is talking with her friends outside, Sanavi looks around in search of Uday..and finds him standing & smoking a cigarette in the Balcony….
Sanavi: Uday…
(Uday hurriedly puts off the cigarette, )
Uday: Sorry Sanavi, I know u r allergic to cigarette smoke but can't help, its an addiction, couldn't resist without it.(feeling guilty)
Sanavi: I can understand ..(she starts laughing)
Uday: What happen? why r u laughing?
Sanavi: Look at ur face, u seemed so scared, mere darr se tumhare to pasene hi chut gaye…(smiling)
Uday blushes, Sanavi smiles looking at the same innocence on his face, which was there on his face even in his childhood days. He would stand silently how much every anyone scolded him, even sometimes he hadn't done anything.
Sanavi: (confidently asking) I know Ajhoba called u hear na…
Uday: Yes..!! He wants us to get married. (trying not look into her eyes) I did tell him that I just don't want to loose u as friend, so its alright, as friend as well I am with u. Ajhoba feels u should be settled I can understand him, but I am well aware of ur position. Now Pihu is ur life…(Sanavi interrupts)
Sanavi(looking straight into his eyes): Uday, will u marry me?
Uday is shocked, he looks into her eyes…she has the same smile & happiness on her face which was present when she had told him she is going to get married to Aditya.
Uday: What?….
Sanavi: (feeling a bit shy now) U have option to say No!! When I broke ur heart, then why cant u ?…
Uday still is in daze…he is not able to believe that , this time Sanavi is proposing…Uday: I can never break ur heart.. (Sanavi blushes)
Uday: Sanavi what about Pihu, will she be able to let me come into her family, & become her Papa.….. (He is tensed looks at Sanavi….for an answer.)Sanavi, I always want her to be happy, I don't want her to feel awkward, we can't be selfish…Will she accept me as her Papa…
Sanavi: I did think on this Uday, When Ajhoba asked me to get married again, I wasn't ready..It would be a lie to say I don't need anyone, I too miss the emotional support, I miss a friend who would guide me, on whom I can rely on when I am in trouble, with whom I can share my life's little dreams & happiness. I need a companion…Along with it my Pihu's family is incomplete without her Papa whom she hasn't met or seen from birth. It will take time, but I am sure u can be the perfect Dad to my Pihu…(emotions filled eyes)
Uday: I will be I can assure u that, (smiles)…but can't say about Perfect husband…
Sanavi smiles and hugs him. They r holding hands and far away Ajhoba is looking at them holding Pihu in hand.
Ajhoba: Sanavi, I am very happy for u. …Aditya ki galtiyon ko chupaye rakha… Aditya had messed up all ur life, now atleast his soul may well rest in peace….. Main to sirf itna hi karpaya.
After Dinner they all sit together…Uday is about to go back, but Pihu stops him…
Pihu: Ajhoba, aap keh rahe the na, Uday uncle will stay with us.
Uday: Pihu, I will come back tomorrow.ok
Ajhoba: So Pihu u r happy u got ur complete family….Aaee, Baba…(pointing towards Sanavi & Uday ) and ur Ajhoba…(smiling)
Pihu: No!!!……(Uday feels bad, walks towards her back)
Uday: Pihu…U don't like me…
Pihu: I like u (nodding) & Aaee likes u More(opening her arms)…Ajhaba also likes u a lot (stretching arms). But my family is incomplete, I need a sister or brother also…to play….hain na..(innocent asks)
(Every one doesn't know how to react…all start laughing..
Pihu: Baataoo na Baba (asking Uday)…Ek sawaal pucha..kyun shab hash rahe hain..
(All start laughing loudly…Uday takes Pihu in his arms…and kisses her. …)
Sawaal Zindagi Se aur Bhi hain….
