I agree with u Ekta......n it will be good for his ego to be on the other side n feeel the insecurity of love which Avni went through and the pain!!! I know its kinda pholosophical wat am gonna say but for me it always rings true:

"Jis tan lage ...wohi jaane,

Koi na jaane peed parayi"

(U understand it only when it happens to u....noone understands anothers pain)

Ektaj ......... good post ....... I know its very dif for us to like Sam right now ...... but like you said ...... maybe some day !!!!!!

I feel for Avni ...... she's going to be devasted ...... and that makes me MAD at Sam ......... he totally totally took advantage of her !!!!!

It's just that the magnitude of what Sameer Saxena did today is too huge to ignore such a thing..I was never as invested in SaVni as I have always been in PriDa, so I'm more disgusted than hurt at the turn of events..I know this story might have needed a big shock, and it came in the form of this angle..But even if I look at the brighter side of things, I can't bring myself to come even close to forgiving Sameer for this huge step he took.... ......... my feelings exactly ...... this was totally disgusting / coldly-clinically planned and without remorse ........ Sam more than Pri and Varun is blinded by the revenge track ........

Pain and suffering are what break us,

and then make us in the process

After they have suffered

There will emerge a better Prithvi,
And a better Damini

A calmer Sam,
And a more confident Avni, (because she won't have to be afraid of the fear of the unknown anymore)

A better Varun
And a more matured Rosh, who will look at life differently.

Pain is a beautiful thing,
because for every dusk, there's a dawn..

And after they have suffered,
life will be more beautiful than ever for them. ................Awwwwww,........ Sarah ..... this is soooooo beautiful ....... makes Sam's act a little bearable ...............

OK..apologies for such a confusing post.. ............ nothing confusing about it ....... the act was discusting ........ adn we are just trying to look at the brighter side and hope for a positive outcome !!!!

Okay now that is out of my system!!!!

What he did was wrong.. and his punishment is guilt and thadapna about how wrong he was - how he had a girl like Avni who loves him madly and how he let her go, how much he hurt her and how she will never be his.. thats the pain he should experience.... thats his punishment!

What he did was wrong on all levels and i object heavily to that.. but if we look at the interest of the show - i guess this is where the USP of the Savni track lies.. we have a sweeter than thou girl like Avni and a crooked one like Sameer who fall for each other..

The guilt that sameer will face when he starts falling for Avni.. first he should fall in his own eyes.. as in he shouldn't be able to look himself in the mirror, lose respect for himself and hate himself for what he's done.. that will be sameer's redemption for me.. not his crying at his prop like ma's bed!

And when this happens the Savni track will reach a new level.. there should be a stage in stark contrast to what we see now.. a changed sameer, now we have a sameer who doesnt love avni and who is jut using her.. he emotionally conned her into getting into bed with him..

but there should a stage when avni will give herself freely but sameer wont go near her.. a stage when he wont look avni in the eye, a stage when he will distance himself from avni even though all he wants is to go to her (out of love, not out of revenge)

And when his conscience and love start killing him he would want to confess to Avni.. and that is when the truth should come out..

And when Avni is broken by what he did, i would like Avni to act like any self respecting girl would!! shut him out of her life and not take him back how much ever he may grovel..

And i want to see Sameer's pain then!! And how he handles it.. if he lets Avni go.. not follow her around, doesnt force her to forgive him.. then that will truly be the time when Sameer's character matures for me!!!

so what am saying all along is... what sameer did was wrong..no doubt, but it gives a plethora of options for the creatives.. it gives them a chance to develop Sameer and Avni as individuals and SavNI as a couple.. i just hope they use it well!!

hey ekz, ekjactly what i thought!

Though sammu is being all rough n tough guy n all but he will be the most hurted being between 3!

he sumhow luv her from d moment he saw hwe, but his "Badla" cmg in between, n wht he did yest wasnt acceptable but that will change him for sure!

Hey guys .. Thanks to all of you for your replies!

@ Sarah - I totally understand the disgust at Sameer's actions .. and he deserves it for what he did! Guess it will take a looooong time for everyone here to recover .. but am sure, when it comes around, it will be a good one! 😊 And thanks soooo much for posting the poem again .. Everytime I read it, makes me feel that despite the pain and hardships one faces .. the world is yet a beautiful place to live in! 😳

@ Honey - Yup, it will be great to see Sameer go through the same emotions .. and realise what he has made Avni go through. More than insecurity .. I want him to feel a sense of loneliness .. like the whole world has shut its door on him .. including his family!! Maybe then it will hit him ... HARD!!

@ Mridhu - @ your last para - exactly what I wished to say! With all that is happening in the SaVni track currently .. the creatives have a lot they can do with the emotions, & complications in SaVni's relationship! I would want to see Sameer go through double-triple the pain that Avni will go through .. and maybe even that won't be enough!

@ Anjie - Yup, I do believe Sameer will be the one who will recover from all this .. right at the end! Its like he's going down in some sorta quicksand .. it will just keeps pulling you in .. and will be verrrry difficult to get out of!
