My take on SaVni today .. EDITED

I know that everything will be alright someday for Sam and Avni, I also remember that 'Pain is a beautiful thing' thingy I wrote long ago, and that SaVni need to go through their share of pain and downs in life too..:-) I know this was needed to have Sam go through the zenith of pain and regret , in order to turn him into a better and more considerate human being..

It's just that the magnitude of what Sameer Saxena did today is too huge to ignore such a thing..I was never as invested in SaVni as I have always been in PriDa, so I'm more disgusted than hurt at the turn of events..I know this story might have needed a big shock, and it came in the form of this angle..But even if I look at the brighter side of things, I can't bring myself to come even close to forgiving Sameer for this huge step he took....

I know someday, somewhere, SaVni will find their happiness and solace again, I know at some point in time Sameer will show remorse, and regret whatever he did big time, and he will suffer maybe even more than Avni..But right now, at this moment, the only thing I feel about Sameer Saxena is disgust..Right now, my only instinct is to condemn the act..I won;t let it destroy the show or PriDa for me, or even spoil my day, but Sameer Saxena is a stranger I hardly know..

Sorry if I ruined the point of your post..Just felt like saying this..

Hey guys .. I know most .. er, all of you are really really MAD at Sameer and the SaVni track today. Here is just my 2 cents ..

Firstly .. from the precap, it seems Sameer .. sorta regrets what happened (maybe .. hopefully? 😕) The way he tells his mother "main kya karoon maa? aap se nazrein milane ki himmat nahin ho rahi.." and seeks her forgiveness .. shows some kinda remorse? Don't you guys think so? Yes?? No?? Okay .. 😕

Babe, (a) he's apologising to the wrong woman and (b) feelind bad about something you've done doesn't make it any better. At least that's what I think... Never have believed the idea that remorse redeems a person, so kinda finding it hard to be cool-headed about this... But I guess you're used to me blowing my top by now?! 😉

Coming to my thoughts about them today ... call me Stupid .. my thinking, absurd .. but am kinda liking the SaVni track! (go ahead .. you can call me mad! 😕 😆 ) Having said this .. I DO NOT mean to endorse or 'like' what happened today! (I love the song though 😳 Me too. How come PriDa don't get a song like this??) All am trying to look at is .. the 'long term effects' of what happened today. I know it was WRONG .. But sometimes, it takes a wrong to make things right! And thats what I think .. and hope .. will happen in SaVni's case! I'm basically not looking at what happened (today) ... am trying to look at what will happen (tomorrow/future), coz of today! I get what you're trying to say, Eks... But isn't it also true that you can't build a future on a lie? And this is beyond a lie, right? That said, I agree that this will start changing Sam... I'm just disgusted that he had to fall so low before beginning to rise...

2 different people .. from different worlds! Its like north & south pole! One .. a playboy/casanova type, charmer ... and the other, the simplest of simple girls! What will happen when these 2 come together? A roller-coaster of a ride .. for sure! And thats, pretty much what they're track has been ... and will be further on!

Hmmmm, when you put it like that.... no, babe, still disgusted. Will think about it tho', I promise... 😃


According to me .. SaVni's track will be the one with most intensity .. while PriDa will be more passionate intense .. and VarNi, maybe .. er, practical! Agree abt PriDa totally and Savni to a certain extent... But what VarNi is going to be is non-existent, if the cvs don't buck up... Already half the forum, including your's truly, is rooting for ViVar 😆

The kinda people Sameer & Avni are .. the current situation will test their relationship and feelings for one another .. to the max! Emotions will run high .. there will be rona-dhona (a staple diet for Indian soaps .. but we gotta face it .. us Indians, are suckers for emotions!😆Lolz, spot on. ) yet, there will be a lot of love! I don't know how Avni will react when she finds out the truth .. but, I do have a feeling that, at the end of it all, Sameer will be a changed man!

Agree with this. Sameer WILL change. Hope Avni's not too shattered though.

If at all, Avni gets pregnant (which seems the case..considering the original had it like that) .. their equation has to change! There just might be role-reversals .. as in, Sameer at the receiving end and Avni, the stronger one! I would LOVE this! I want to see Sam going through hell's tortures before Avni forgives him!

As for the 'long term effects' .. from what I have observed of Indian soaps, in general .. writers always bring in a 'shock element' at some stage, to lay some sorta foundation for the characters's future track. And today's episode .. seemed something of the sort to me. It was a huge leap for SaVni .. which is gonna dump them in all sortsa tangles in the coming up episodes. And that is when .. the love they share (which Sameer will understand by then) will help them entangle their complications! I'm not saying Avni should forgive Sameer for all the lies & deception .. but I do see a beautiful love story ahead! Like I've mentioned in one of my previous posts .. LNMDJ is different from most shows I've watched .. and I do see 3 beautiful love stories evolving at this stage .. each love story different from the other .. with its own charm & uniqueness to it.

I know .. right now, its difficult to see Sameer in a good light .. but just think about it from the other side .. in a more positive light. Just maybe then you will see my POV .. however absurd it may sound 😕

Sorry for the above rambling 😲 rambling?.. like you can make out from the above .. am pathetic with my way of explaining things 😲 😲 😲 pathetic?. All I wish for is to not write off this track and characters so soon. Not writing off the track, babe. Don't worry. We're just expressing our disgust at what happened... I, for one, am curious to see how exactly Sam will be redeemed.. But, yes, I do hope Avni becomes stronger. Don't want another tsunami attack. She should stick to her guns when the time comes... When characters like Sameer & Avni are brought together .. the Creatives do have something specific in mind! We just need to trust them sometimes. We won't always get what we want to see .. but just a little bit of trust and thought, that they just might know what they are doing .. as they gave birth to those characters, is what is required from us. There's the optimistic Eks we love!

Okay .. now am ready for all the jooti's & sada hua tamatars .. Bring it on! 🥱 Why would we throw jootis at you? 😲 It's a pleasure to read your take cos you bring in a fresh perspective each time...

EDITED AGAIN : If I may add .. we all are thinking of how Sameer has ruined Avni's life .. but the truth is, alongwith Avni .. he has ruined his own life! Once the entire thing comes out in the open .. he not only will lose Avni .. but he stands to lose the people he loves the most .. his mother and brothers! What he did today was not something that can be forgiven at all .. leave alone forgiving him easy. He will have to face the consequences of his deeds .. And when he does, and emerges out of it a reformed and responsible man, Avni (and I) will think about forgiving him... 😃

Avni's heart does not let her trust Samir n she blames it on her looks and simplicity. Hopefully when she comes to know the truth she will have the strength to forgive him 2.

i think you're the one person who will always dig in to find the brightest of the bright emotions from the most darkest! and i totally love you because of your super optimism! it is really hard for me to keep hoping for the best but you always seem to guide me through the mellowness!
that said.....i'm still madly annoyed at sameer today...how could he?! yeah i know he was desperate to gain her trust..but by sleeping with her??? was the only option left out of this whole entire world????😕
but I guess then i look at the story of "passion of hawks" and the middle bro did the same...and as you said this show is different from other indian shows...but they need to speed up the pace for savni...why are they always in SLOW -MO in each scene??????😕😕😕 while varni are having a really bumpy ride all along now....and prida...well humph....what do i say....damini is in full control! that woman sure knows her limits unlike this man who talks of limits but happens to loose the track of his surroundings whenever Queenie happens to be in his vicinity! 😆

anyhow....so yeah...thanks for keeping the hopes up eksie...i know we can always rely on you for that!!🤗
