Underrated meaning actor with talent not getting the popularity and fame they deserve:

For me it would Manisha Koirala and Shilpa Shetty. They both are brilliant actresses, and yet never got the fame they deserved. I loved Manisha's acting in Khamoshi and Dil Se, and I feel she deserved the award for best actress more than Karishma and Aishwarya. And I loved Shilpa in Phir Milenge.

From actors, no one actually. Whoever had talent had ruled so far, IMHO.

Nasserudin Shah for sure

Irrfan Khan I really admire his acting and I know he's getting new meaty roles in commercial cinema due to Slumdog but I hope someone recognizes his true potential

Paresh Rawal (I LOVE his comic timing but still enough with the comedies now Mr Rawal!)

Anupam Kher (its so sad seeing him do only comic roles now)

Akshaye Khanna (even though I cant stand him)

Tabu (lol Tabu was actually my 1st girl crush..lol I LOVED her in Hu Tu Tu and Namesake...I really want to see Maqbool and Chandni Bar now)

Konkona Sen Sharma(love this gal to bits and pieces...she is amazing in every way possible lol)

Amrita Rao again she has tremendous amount of acting talent..shame to see her wasting it away on crap films like Shortcut and My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves....I loved her in all of her movies before Vivah (and I simply adore and love Vivah as well) but Welcome to Sajjanpur was amazing she needs another one of those

Ajay -is 1 of the best actor in bollywood!!!
Abhay- cause hes just great from the1st film till now!!
akshay khanna-great actor but never gets any credit!!
abhi-i love his acting!!he's really gud but pp will never give him any credit @ all!!

vivek was really good in Yuva, saathiya, omkara and company....i would like to see more sensible films from him unlike stupid muvies like shootout at lokhandwala......
I also think...sanjay suri and R.Madhavan are very talented but underrated actors. Sanjay was lovable in all his movies Pyaar mein kabhie kabhie, My brother nikhil etc...and Madhavan was very good in Mumbai meri jaan and guru.

Sanjay Suri and Kangana. Both are such a marvellous actors and good looking also. Wonder why no one is tapping their potentials.

good topic...I have a lot--

Actors-akshaye khanna, rahul khanna, ajay devgan, jimmy shergil, arshad warsi, sanjay suri, rahul bose, sunny deol, kunal khemu, bobby deol, and abhay deol.

Actresses-Konkana sen sharma, ayesha takia, soha ali khan, and kangana ranaut.

so far that's all that I can think of.
