I gave up watching PR and just kept myself updated with the wonderful updates - but today actually went and watched the video and was pleasantly surprised.
I loved Savita's dialogue about "Uss ladki mein akkal naam ki cheez hai ke nahin?" Something that we have all been asking ourselves. I agree with Savita whole heartedly when she questioned Manav about why Archu would believe a "ladki bechne wala dalal" rather than her own husband.
However on the other hand - hated her asking Manav to get a divorce. Wish she had not come in between Manav and Archu, maybe they would have been able to complete the conversation and resolve the problem once and for all.
Do you guys think the story track will now bring them closer or will the track keep on dilly dallying about Archu/Manav trying to get-together but all their attempts are going to be foiled? Would love to hear from you all.

With Savita, it's tough. She can't really be faulted for her anger, Archana left Manav and for weeks thought he was guilty and Sulochana publicly humiliated Manav, then there's the rest of the family with the exception of Vaishu who also insulted Manav. I'm not really surprised about the divorce, had it not been Savita it would've been Archu's family who advised her to get one. A divorce won't happen though, not now after Archana has come to her senses about Manav.

I too had stopped watching, but when I saw all the excitement on the forum today I went and watched the videos and am very happy that I did! Finally, there was some progress, atleast something happened today and hopefully that's foreshadowing of more good things to come.

Everything (except the divorce part) that Savita said was very true. I could definitely see it as a very realistic scene and it was something that most mothers would probably say. Most of the things she said about the situation and Archana were quite true and made sense from a motherly perspective. She wants Manav to be happy, and even though she may be telling him to do somethings he shouldn't, her intentions are generally good as she just wants to protect her son.
Today's episode was good though, as it was hightime that it made some progress. I was happy that Manav finally realized that sometimes in order to do what is needed, you have to do something that may be uncomfortable for you and/or others. I doubt that dragging Archana to the fire and putting his hand over it was Plan A for him, but he knew that he had to do it. Also, its about time that Archana stood up for Manav, she wasn't completely firm, but it was definitely more commitment to him than she has been showing for the past few weeks.
I don't know how the track will go, but I hope that they continue to make progress instead of just "shilly-shallying", in the words of Thomas Paine. They probably will have some failed attempts at getting together, but hopefully they will be able to continue to progress. Also, now that Archana trusts Manav (or atleast it seems to be so) we can hope that they can start having "accidental" meetings where Archana doesn't avoid him.

I really hope there really is no divorce!!! You r right - if the family members just kept quiet , maybe Archu & Manav would be able to work it out. But even in real life , many times it is the associated family that ends up causing misunderstandings!!!

I agree, sometimes you have to do what is right for you too. Our upbringing teaches us to do what is right for everyone else!! I really hope they do show those chance meetings and hopefully some planned ones too. The problem will be when the moms find out about it. However, if Archu and Manav have built their trust for each other as well as their love secretly, then even when their family finds out their relationship will survive. Let's see how this plays out.
I am happy that hopefully today's epi will continue on the positive lines and I will be able to watch PR once again!!!

I doubt the family will keep quiet and I don't expect them to, the show needs drama and they are it! I am fine with it just as long as Manav and Archana are together or at least fight to be. Today's show gave me hope again about this show.
