Sony's big ticket show Dance Premier League is all set to go on air from October 9. But strangely as yet the judges of the show have still not been finalised.
Initially it was Dancing diva Madhuri Dixit, who was one of the judges along with Shiamak Davar and Arshad Warsi. But now it is unlikely that Madhuri will be doing the show. Madhuri had agreed to do the show only if she would get a nanny for her two sons. But so far, there is no nanny in sight.
So the producers have now approached Rani Mukherjee and it is believed that Rani has agreed to be part of the show, but she has still not signed on the dotted line. Meanwhile the producers are still searching for the nanny and if this works out, Madhuri will be seen as the fourth judge of the show.
A source informs, "Sony is leaving no stone unturned to make its new show Dance Premier League a grand success. They have roped in as many big names as possible and their will be more bigwigs coming in once the show goes on air."
The source further adds, "Madhuri agreed only on condition that the producers help her find a nanny, but so far there is no progress and we hope something happens soon. If things work out then Madhuri is going to be the part of the show for sure."
We contacted Ajit Thakur, Business Head, Sony, but he said that things are not yet decided and he will get back to us soon.
In the meanwhile why don't all the eligible nannies queue up please so that we get to see the evergreen Mads once again.
OMG that would be great to see ranio and madhuri togeather judging this show, lets hope madhuri can find a nanny so she cna join rani in DPL.
