Their sizzling chemistry is evident from the promos of Prem Soni's Main Aurr Mrs Khanna, Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor play the lovely married couple faced with situations that will change their happy-go-lucky lives forever.

Debutant director Prem Soni who has directed several television serials in the past couldn't have felt any more blessed to have had only the best of the best give justice to his ambitious project. "I had met Salman almost three years ago when I had spoken of my desire of working with him. He heard the story three years later and felt it was wonderful and told me it would be a pleasure for him to work in this film."

As far as the premise of Main Aurr Mrs Khanna goes, Prem adds, "It's a very simple love story, with marriage being the focus of concern. It's about love versus one's career, about a man who wants to concentrate on his career and a woman who longs for his love and attention. MAMK glorifies the institution of marriage and speaks of togetherness and how to support your partner throughout." Prem is unperturbed with many speaking of the film being just another story about an unhealthy marriage and an extra marital affair. He explains, "My script is truly original and its my experience of seeing how marriages are perceived in both India and abroad. Its taken from several incidents of people lives, its very real and the masses will identify with the story."

As far as working with Salman and Kareena, Soni can't help but shower praises for his main leads, "Working with such talented actors for my first film did help make things easier for me. It was me who had to deliver by explaining to them properly of what I wanted from them during the making of the film. They are complete professionals and they had such positive energy emulating from them that it reflects onscreen as well. I simply had a whale of a time working with all three actors, Salman, Kareena and Sohail have given their best performances and probably more than I ever expected."

Preity Zinta's 'Happening' cameo in the film has already piqued the audience's interest, "It was real sweet of Preity to do the song which has already become a rage among the masses. Its not just a cameo but Preity is actually integral to the climax of the film." On quizzed about the other surprises in the film, Prem is quick to add that Sohail Khan's performance will have the audience in awe. "He's done something very different from what he usually does and will definitely be something to watch out for in the film."

The director who's planning on yet another romantic comedy for his next, speaks of what the audience should expect from MAMK, "If you a looking for a light-hearted, sweet, romantic story that will strike a chord with you, then Main Aurr Mrs Khanna is the film for you."
