The doctor comes to treat Radha and tells MS that they were able to remove the poison, but since it was very potent, it may take a few days for Radha to return to normalcy. He asks MS to ensure Radha takes her meds and takes good rest. After he leaves, RS taunts MS that the doctor was not even willing to treat Radha since it was a police case, but he had to literally beg to convince him. He asks MS to control Radha. ST tries to make Radha eat something and take her meds, but Radha says that she will take her meds only when Shyam and Suguna feed it to her.
At night, Anandi cries as her parents sleep. Bhago wakes up and asks her why she is crying. Anandi says that she feels responsible for all their problems. Now they were all suffering. Bhago tells her to not blame herself and its not her fault. Anandi says that if Bhairav had known, he would have definitely helped them out. Bhago angrily tells her to not talk about her sasra people. Anandi tells Bhago that everyone but Maasa loves her, but Bhago is not ready to listen. She completely blames Maasa and fly. for all their problems. And if they were so concerned about Anandi, how come no one has bothered to find out how she is.
Anandi tries to convince Bhago that everyone at her sasra cares for her. Bhago says that she will never forgive that family for what they put Anandi through. She asks Anandi to never talk of her sasra again and goes to sleep. Anandi is shocked at her mother's anger. Later at night, as Anandi and Bhago sleep, it starts to rain and Khajan wakes up to see its raining and the roof is leaking. He places vessels all over the room so as to not wake Anandi and Bhago. Throughout the night, he empties the vessels and places them as his family sleeps.
In the morning, Basanth makes Gehna sign all hospital papers for the impending delivery. Maasa comes there and again ignores Sumitra. Suguna comes to Maasa and requests her to try to mend relationship with MS's family. Maasa says she wants that too, but MS was not ready to forget the enmity and had involved Mahavir Singh. Suguna holds herself responsible for the rekindled enmity and requests Maasa to try one more time. Maasa agrees to try.
Mahavir comes to meet RS and tells him to get Suguna home and torture her since torturing her would mean hurting Maasa. RS is still hesitant due to Suguna's illegitimate pregnancy. Mahavir subtly suggests that not all conceived babies need to be born. RS is happy and decides to talk to MS about it. Radha continues to refuse to eat and take her meds. RS calls MS aside and asks him to bring Suguna and Shyam home. MS is shocked.
Precap : The doctor tells Bhago that Khajan needs surgery right away, else they have to amputate his leg. Bhago asks how much it would cost and the doctor says they will need 15,000.
