Bharti reaches a place and sees a jeep.Vasuli asks her what she's looking for and that he had already finished Jiya...Bharti gets tensed..Bharti tells him that he has made such wrong planning and that if he wanted money from her, he should have kidnapped any of her relatives instead of Jiya and she pretends not to know Armaan and tells Vasuli that he can keep her and she can keep his money..Bharti turns to leave but Jiya calls for her and runs to her..Bharti too runs but Vasuli catches her and Jiya is held by some bodyguards..Vasuli tells Bharti that his headmaster had told him once that whatever you do or wherever you go, make sure you do your homework and that he knows how much Bharti loves Jiya and Bharti asks Vasuli that he has problem with her so why is he bringing Jiya in between and Vasuli tells her if she had given him the money earlier, this wouldn't have happened and they could finish the matter by Bharti giving him 10 lakhs and Bharti asks that his money was 5 lakhs then why 10 lakhs and Vasuli tells her that it used to be 5 lakhs but she had sent him to jail and she had mocked him and that she can't fool him this time and that Bharti only has 3 hours and bHarti asks him how can she arrange for such a big amount in very little time and Vasuli tells her that he knows that Bharti can think of anything so quickly..and if she tries to go to the cops she will be responsible for the death of Jiya..

Vasuli tells her to hurry up and pushes her to a tree and he leaves with his bodyguards in a jeep with Jiya and Jiya shouts for Bharti..Pooja asks Karan where he is going while she was in the kitchen and he was at the dining table..Karan asks if he ought to tell every single thing and Pooja tells him no but if he is going in the direction of Churchgate then he could drop her off and go..Karan tells her that he's going to some other place..KAran is calling someone and Pooja is startled to hear him speak to someone from Men's Universe and that he wants an appointment to meet Mr Chaddha and he introduces himself as Karan Singh..Pooja gives him the breakfast and gets ready to leave..Meanwhile Armaan is on the phone and he realizes that Jiya hasn't reached home and asked if she has gone with any of her friends and he is worried but consoles himself that nothing is wrong with Jiya. Payal is at her radio station talking about Dussehra saying that it is such an occasion which reminds us that good always triumphs over evil and they should keep fighting and for working women, there are various problems that they fight daily such as education, children's work, problems with hubby, problems at work life,etc and they are dedicating this Dussehra to the working women of Mumbai..She dedicates the song,"O rahi o rahi" to the working women and Ladies Special train is shown with the 4 ladies..Babli asks Pooja why she is so worried and Pooja tells her that Karan is going to the Men's Universe office..Every1's shocked!!Kamini wonders if Karan goes there and finds no one named Chaddha and Pooja tells her that there is someone named Chaddha..and that the owner of Men's Universe is actually someone called Chaddha..Amarjeet Chaddha..Kamini feels totally screwed up and just then it's Karan's call, asking her if she could meet him at Worli..and that he wants to transfer the property papers in her and the ladies are excited.Karan asks her to meet at some club 2 pm. Pooja tells them that he's going to the Men's Universe office at 1 pm and that they should somehow stop Karan from meeting Amarjeet Chaddha or else their plan will foil..and she won't get her house back, her mom will be homeless and he'll ruin Kamini's life..

Meanwhile Bharti is at her cabin getting some money ready..and she only has 1.5 lakhs and she wonders where she would get the remaining 8.5 lakhs..and she shouldn't have spent her money earlier and she's been having problems and problems one after another..Bharti is extrememly worried for Jiya..Pooja is shown worrying that she had promised her mom that she will get her mom back the Dhanbad house and Kamini is even more tensed as she was the one who planned everything and how she had convinced Karan to give her the house property papers for some time and that she'll return the property papers to him back and if Karan found out that the Chaddha in Men's Universe is not the Chaddha she's been talking about, he wouldn't even transfer the property in her name.Pooja is more worried about Kamini and what Karan might do to her.Bharti is shown taking a load of newspapers and cutting them in the form of notes..Just then Armaan calls her. At the Ladies Special train, Babli tells them that they should go to Men's Universe office once and talk to Amarjeet Chaddha and see if the problem can be solved.Amarjeet is getting out of the life and is cursing the lift doors to open quickly and Jenny wishes him Good Morning and Jenny,Hira Bhai and Narain wonders why he's so hyper. Amarjeet calls for Gyaan and Vinita comes behind Gyaan and Amarjeet asks why it is so hot here and if the AC is not working and Gyaan tells him the AC is working and Amarjeet asks him to go and check again..Nanda at the train tells the ladies that maybe Chaddha could be a nice guy and that after llistening to them he might help them out..Vinita goes to Amarjeet and asks if he received any call from his wife and if she's coming and Amarjeet tells her to say some good things instead..Amarjeet is pretty hyper and Gyaan tells him to take deep breath and he wll feel better..Amarjeet takes deep breaths and says the word-of-the-day:Omphaloskepsis...Vinita couldn't understand the word and tells that whoever comes in front of him today they are gone..Armaan comes to Bharti and asks if she had met Jiya and she said no and Armaan is all tensed for he can't get through and contact Jiya and he says that maybe he should go to the cops and Bharti is tensed and tells him not to go to the cops and Armaan asks why..Bharti tells him maybe if Jiya's kidnapped then Jiya will face the problem..Armaan asks her why would she be kidnapped as he is not a rich guy and he has no enmity with anyone..Armaan tells her that she is not kidnapped and she could have gone to someone...He asks if she could have gone to Payal..and call Payal..Kamini in the train tells the ladies that if they were to go to the office then they have got to hurry for it will definitely take them an hour to reach Men's Universe..Shobha tells them before Karan reaches there, they've got to somehow convince Amarjeet Chaddha..and if that didn't happen, Pooja tells them that Karan will kill her and the ladies tell her not to worry..Armaan is shown talking to Payal and Payal tells him that Jiya is not with her and she could announce of Jiya on her radio and the people out there can help him..Armaan asks her if doing this will get him his Jiya back and Bharti is sad to see Armaan in such a state..Payal tells him not to stress himself out..Armaan tells her that Jiya had worn a green uniform with red tie with a blue bag..Armaan tells Payal to tell that she is the most adorable and lovely child and that she is most happiest girl and that Armaan loves her a lot...Bharti places her hand on his shoulder..Bharti takes the phone from Armaan and Payal tells her to take care of Armaan who's crying right now..Armaan's crying and he wants his Jiya at any cost..Payal is announcing about Jiya and the ladies in the Ladies Special train are listening..Everyone is tensed and worried for Jiya and a song, "Taare Zameen Par" is being played..Armaan's crying thinking of Jiya and flashbacks of her are shown..Bharti is shown driving..She calls and says that the money is ready..Vasuli tells her to take the Churchgate Ladies Special Train and Bharti tells him that nothing should happen to Jiya and he assures her that..

Babli is talking and saying that nowadays women of any age is not safe at all..Bharti hurries down the stairs and gets to the station.Bharti sees the train moving and she asks to stop and Babli calls her ladies superman and Nanda scolds her as to why she had to catch the train like this..Shobha tells her that if she knows how many people die while trying to catch the train..Bharti's murmuring to herself that it would be better if she died and in that case she wouldn't have to face so much probs..Babli says that today every1's mood is bad and and every1 introduces each other..Bharti continues to murmur and Babli hits her and asks her what did she say and Bharti's talking as if she's talking as if she's caught the train for the first time..Nanda asks what she works as and Bharti says she works for a magazine and someone asks if they've reached Mahalakshmi..Bharti just goes out without the train having stopped and the ladies were worried..Bharti's looking around for Vasuli and then the train stopped and the ladies got down..Vasuli,a bodyguard and Jiya was standing...Just then Jiya jiya hits Babli who was standing in front of her and Babli turns around and looks at Vasuli and then she turns back.Jiya hits again and Babli gets irritated and hits Vasuli...Shobha sees Jiya running away..Jiya is hiding...The ladies are looking for Jiya..

Bharti sees Jiya and how Vasuli took her away and Bharti goes to her shouting Jiya.Nanda and the ladies ask Bharti if the child is hers and why don't she go to the cops and Bharti tells them that she can't go and the ladies tell her that they can help her but Bharti just left just like that..Payal tells that Karan will be reaching Men's Universe anytime soon and it is Shobha's first day at school and the kids will be waiting and that they'll manage somehow..The ladies got a taxi and reach Men's Universe...they are in the lift and looking for Karan..Karan reaches Men's Universe and a security guard stops him from parking there and just then Bharti comes behind with her car..Bharti honks at him..Bharti and Karan stare at each other..Karan is in the lift and Babli sees him and the ladies are tensed..Karan comes and throws a file at Jenny and tells her that he wants to see Chaddha. The ladies are hiding. Jenny tells him that Mr Chaddha is busy and he has to wait for his turn to meet Amarjeet..Jenny tells him that if he doesn't have time, he can go..

Karan is about to go and stop..Bharti's at the loo and swears that if anythnig happens to Jiya, she will not spare Vasuli..Karan tells Jenny that he is waiting and when his turn comes she should call him..Bharti cries and tells Vasuli that she came with the money and not to do anything to Jiya and Karan sees Pooja's salwaar...Bharti tells Vasuli that she'll give him his entire money but don't do anything to Jiya..Karan is getting suspicious!!

Preview: Bharti and the ladies are together..Vasuli is shown carrying Jiya. Karan and Bharti confrontation. Karan tells Bharti that he don't fight girls and Bharti tells him that dekhte hain tum is ladki ke saath ladh sakthe hon ya nahin....Pooja and the ladies in veil..Bharti hits Karan!!
