Today's Post is dedicated to all those people who love their man to be the rescuer..the saviour ...the MCP

I have a problem..and my problem is after seeing today's episode...is with Damini's attitude...

yes Prithvi is an MCP.hell yes...he saved her from a bullet...he was her anchor of support during the news conference...he took her out because he was asked to do so...he saved her from a disastrous engagement *his motive may not be chivalorous but *never the less...he did..

so..they go out..damini lets her guard down..he lets his down as well.*he cant help it*who would be able to resist the charming warm down to earth person yo u would hardly recognise as your boss...oh yes..

not to forget the MCP part...ofcourse the girl asking for a dance bit.. a line thrown to help him stick the revenge bit..but ofcourse it was still MCP of him..yet Damini took it with a pinch of salt...

and then the dance happens..he comes out and grabs her without a by your leave and that is MCP as well..and Damini falls in line with him..they are sunk..at this point no egoes nothing...

SO then the all to famous R word kicks in....he has an outburst ..

yes it was irrational....

was it condescending...demeaning her intelligence..

Nah but our girl took upon herself to be the torch bearer for women's rights *having had a moment of mortification at her own actions* and what does she do

Hit below the belt ..left ..right and centre..Did she play fair??..I think she went overboard with blind rage

and instead of leaving things there..our MCP today saves her from a drunk...tells himself he cannot leave his girl out soo late *man sweetness even after being cut down to a speck of dust on the horizn..he still cares..this is of course the MCP bit..

and what does our torch bearer do....

jump on him and berate him of having interfered and removing the slime..whci ofcourse she was capable of..

and of course she would have gone ahead and done that but he interfered...Sheesh....

and then more petty stuff thrown athim about his background...but ofcourse she has to stand up on her 2 dainty feet

and prove to the world ..yes Damini Gujral is a fighter...except she doesn't fight fair..

And our Dude rocks....took all her venom...and silenced her with one word in the end

Zaroorat hai..

I sayy give me an MCP anytime...I think Damini has gone too far..

I didn't have a problem with what Damini did on Friday, in fact I totally supported her..But if Prithvi was obnoxious today, then Damini too crossed all her lines and was even more obnoxious..She didn't have to act as a snob but she did..Oh! I have said things myself during mad rages in the past which I never meant and condemned myself later for..So, I wouldn't spare Pri and Damini too..Pri was a stupid, unreasonable MCP today, and Damini Gujral didn't hesitate in overstepping her lines either. Prithvi was bad with his chauvinism, Damini was worse with her snobbishness and esp that infamous line..

I don't support Pri for his lines at all, I hated them, and he was an idiotic MCP who overreacted..But had Damz slapped him, it would have been better than rubbing where he comes from on his face..It was low of Damz. I kinda get where both Pri and Damz are coming from..He let his frustration on Sam out on that guy, and she reacted strongly to his MCP lines..I support her totally for giving it to him good, but she didn't have to stoop as low as bringing his social status into it..That was too low for me..

I am sure Damz was capable of dealing with that guy herself, and it's good she made it clear to Pri too..But again, both of them were obnoxious with their choice of words, and both of them were at fault today..Friday was Prithvi's fault..Today, Pri was at fault again, but Damz too took it too far..

In the end, both of them utterly, totally, completely deserve each other..😊😉

Little too proud isnt she at times..?

Well, now Mr. MCP as you say it, has arrived into her life to wreck it, but fix her up.. 🤪

Before I go.. great to see this---after how everyone pounced on Prithvi after Fri epi.

Granted he was at fault on that day and even today.

Will be interesting to see her reaction tmr.

She was taken aback by that ...zaroorat hai....was kind of left speechless.

@ her comment on where he comes from---Def . below the belt.

will be interesting to see how she handles this status factor...... coz she has to def . fall in love with him sooner than later....I mean thats wat the story is abt.

I mean she needs to take a chill pill..

maybe do some yoga with baba kam dev..

take a dip in the pool..err it might heat things up further..

or just count to 20...not ten because Prithvi needs to do that..

and end of the day..

the MCP and the fiery feminist totally absolutely deserve one an other..

And yesss .. as much as Prithvi deserves to be butchered for being a chauvinist .. Damini too deserves a beating for her feminism when it was really not required!

I won't take any sides here .. coz, at the end of the day .. I love them for the people they are!

Yes .. Damini telling him 'jahan se tum aaye ho ..' was uncalled for! Heck .. for one, she doesn't really know where Prithvi comes from .. or does she? I don't ever remember him saying anything to her about where he is from! So this means .. she really does 'look down upon' people, like the character sketch mentioned?

Okay .. after living the journey with them .. I wouldn't believe the above sentence. Damini is not like that .. She is strong, yes .. but then, she also has built a wall around her .. like Ila stressed .. just to protect herself and her family. Today, all that Damini said, was in a fit of rage. But then, so did Prithvi, right? He has a lot on his mind .. what with Sameer throwing an atom bomb on him 😆 So yeah .. he was angry .. and blurted out things he should not have. Don't we all do that at times?

Okay .. I dunno where I'm going with this .. maybe its time to sleep 😆 Just wanted to say ...

Most of you may see Prithvi today as a MCP ... heck, I don't! I just can't! I only see a simple guy, from a small town in the hills .. his thoughts being sorta old school .. believes and sees women as very docile ... coz pretty much, thats what he's been surrounded by. He has probably lived, surrounded by women, who are actually dependent on their men .. be in, husband, boyfriend .. even her son! In reality .. you go to Mumbai city, and you'll find girls like Damini .. ahead with the times .. strong, independent, fiery. And go to any small town in India .. and you might just find guys like Prithvi at every nook & corner!

Also .. this is the same guy who lauded Damini for showing her strength at the press conference. He is the same guy, who commended her for being so strong after all that she went through. Does that not say something about how much he has come to respect the woman he once hated?! Does that not show .. that maybe, at some level .. his opinion about the fairer sex, is changing?! It does .. IMO!

Today .. was just one of those 'one-off' scenes .. Tmrw, all will be back .. and am sure, we'll see a fab PriDa!

Now .. I better go sleep .. before I blabber something more nonsensical than the above! For all those of you who've fallen asleep .. Sorry! And for all those of you who read the above .. Sorry again! 😆 😆

@ EKS ..I don't understand about siding..we are all opinionated and IF is a forum where we air our opinions..if opininons are synonmous with sides..then so be it..because we all doing it..

and yes I totally understand where Pri is coming from...and I thought the PriDa scene rocked..

She was a cat on a hot tin roof..

He was cool as a cucumber

and Yes his admiration and acknowledgement of her strength is a proof that he knows Damini for what she is and respects her for that..

I just lost mycool at Dam for being soo catty but it made it all the more enjoyable when all Prithvi had to do was grab her hand and drive the point home...he made an impact..and like WOW..

Anyways I love you for this and you made absolute sense..
