Can nyone help me getting Direct TV dish?

I know im asking for a lot but i need a friend's help who could send me the Direct TV receiver and card from states... (i will pay the charges... if you could trust me😊 )

i live in canada and i don't have any relatives in states .... if anybody is willing to help please pm me.... thanks
