why no talking about old batch?

why did umar bhai said that if u talk about the new batch then dr shashank is going to show u the doors of sanjivani? if his daughter is in hospital in critical condition then why he doesn't want to talk about it?

I think becoz dr.shasanka is feeling so sad that he does not want to remember all that what ever happened to AR.

Dr Shashank has pretty much looked after all the interns in his own way. He knows them better than he probably knew past interns because these guys were his daughters' friends. Moreover, although Dr Modi runs the hospital now, Shashank still calls a lot of shots and I think he partly feels responsible for what happend in his own hospital - he couldn't even protect his daughter at Sanjeevni which is like a second home for his family. hence he doesn't like hearing anything about the interns and what happened.

Also, maybe now everyone knows the truth about the gunmen not being terrorists and the minister's role. So Shashank probably feels extra guilty about not figuring out what Arman was trying to tell him on the phone. He probably feels he could've stopped the tragedy if he had understood what Arman was trying to tell him.

coz i think d incident was so bad dat evrybody wants to forget about it...n may be us incident ke baad aur bhi kuch hua g\hoga....like remember when ridhima stepped back in d room for armaan....shanky said dta it's always about armaan n armaan.....ridhima ki sabhi problems armaan se hi shuru hoti hain.....so may eb after dat shanky ne unka rishta tod diya ho....? may be....m just assumin it...coz d way shanky reacted dat time na....i felt he still can't accept armaan fullheartedly.....agar wo poori tarah se accept kar chuka hota to use armaan ki bhi chinta hoti.....but no he was concerned for his daughter only
