When 3 oter participants walked out of the show it means the do not agree with the voting if it is not in their favour. So they do not abide by the rules of the show thus they should be disqualified and Debojit should be declared the WINNER.

If there would be any contestant from other Gharana in place of Debojeet then that mentor would be telling Gadhji to declare him or her winner. Instead ID was telling the walkie talkie contestant to participate.
