And the good part about the scene is that abhi was angry when niki give's him ultimatum for there relation if he doesn't help armaan. In DMG also so should have shown something like this.

The scenario is after Nikki is kidnapped by Susu's brother and Abhi manages to rescue her. I am ignoring the bol na halke halke sequence for obvious reasons'especially Dr. Modi's confession. So, No Jiah!!!
Abhi looks at Nikki, who is looking scared and is holding his hand tightly. Abhi says "Nikki, mujhe mera haath chahiye!! Main hoon na tumhare saath so please don't be afraid" Nikki looks at him and makes a face "Abhi, tum bhi na" She then tearfully looks away. Abhi turns her towards himself, puts his hand under her chin and lifts her face " meri taraf dekho Nikki, maine tum se pehle bhi kaha hai na ki main tumhe kabhi bhi kuch bhi nahi hone doonga. " After hearing this Nikki hugs him tightly and few of her tears escape her eyes. Abhi says, "Chalo wipe your tears and lets head back. We are not going to that stupid dalmia's place. I will sort out the financial problem later." Nikki nods and wipes away her tears.
Both of them start walking on the road holding each other's hands tightly. After 10 mins, Nikki declares that she can't walk any longer and also she is very hungry. Abhi looks at her and with amusement in his eyes but a serious expression on his face says "Dr. nikita, what do you expect now? I can't carry you and and ab khana kahan se laaon?" Nikki looks at him and says, " haan haan mujhe hi daanto. Kabhi pyaar se kuch nahi bol sakte kya?Aur waise bhi tumhare saath toh kabhi mujhe khana milta nahi hai. Kabhi who idiot patil toh kabhi who Susu!!" Abhi shakes his head and smilingly says " So, Mam you are complaining hmmm. Ok lets reach Mumbai and see what I can do to please you."
Suddenly it starts pouring heavily and both run under a tree. After a few minutes Abhi notices Nikki shivering and goes and hugs her from behind. Nikki welcomes the hug and slowly turns in his arms and says " Dr. Modi aap yeh.." As she reads the expression in his eyes she stops in midsentence. Abhi slowly starts bending towards her and Nikki too becomes aware of him. Both get lost in each other's eyes when suddenly light pierces between them and they both shield their eyes. Abhi shields his eyes and looks where the light is coming from and sees a truck heading their way. He tells Nikki that he is going to ask for lift from the driver. Nikki holds him back and says " Abhi pata nahi kaisa hoga. Mujhe toh darr lag raha hai" Abhi looks at her gently "Nikki main hoon na. let me see. You stand here and if I think its ok then I will signal you and you can come forward. Don't be scared."He looks into her eyes and she nods.
Abhi stops the truck and the driver is a jovial sardar. Abhi tells him that he wants to go to Mumbai and the driver agrees to help him. Abhi signals Nikki and she comes forward. Her dupatta is wrapped around her as she is feeling cold. The driver looks at her and saya to Abhi, " Arre badshahon, Itni soni kudi!! Aapki Voti (wife) hai kya?" Abhi nods in affirmative and Nikki blushes. "Kinne soni Jodi hai. Chalo ji jaldi se apni voti ko andar bithao. Use thand lag rahi hai" Both of them sit inside the truck . Abhi hugs nikki as she is shivering and in 10 minutes she goes to sleep in his arms.
When they reach Mumbai, in front of Nikki's house, Abhi gently nudges Nikki awake and thanks the driver who in turn looks at Nikki and says " Kudiye tu apna khayal rakhi. Tera khasam bada hi pyaar karda hai tenu. Dono khush raho te rab kare twade ghar bade sare bache hoon" and drives off. Nikki stares open mouthed and is uncomfortable meeting Abhi's gaze. Abhi laughingly says " He doesn't know ki mai tumhe bhookha rakhta hoon." When he comes near and touches her he realizes that Nikki is burning up with fever. " Nikki tumhe bukhaar hai. Chalo andar and rest". Nikki nods and follows Abhi.
After changing out of her wet clothes she lays on the bed. Abhi checks her forehead and Nikki holds his hand and says thank you. Abhi smiles and says " Bahut bolti ho. Chup chaap rest karo aur jaldi se thik ho jao". Nikki looks at him and says " khali davai se?" Abhi looks at her then gives her a kiss on her forehead. "This will also help!! Chalo ab aankhein band. Goodnite sweety. Kaal milte hain". Niki obediently closes her eyes and smiles inwardly at him calling her sweety and also at the fact that he is not angry at her anymore about the pool incident. She is glad that her tender and caring Abhi is back.
Next day at Sanjeevani, Abhi can't find Nikki and goes to ask sister lovely her whereabouts. He finds out that she did not come in as she was not feeling well. He is a little worried and decides to visit her to see if she needs anything but basically he is worried about her and the fact that she lives alone so who will take care of her.
Abhi reaches Nikki's house and rings the bell. Muskaan opens the door and says, " Tum!! Tumhari wajah se nikki ka yeh haal hua hai.Achha hua tum aaye. Ab tumhari punishment yeh hai ki machhar tum rakhoge nikki ka khayal. Samjhe!!" Abhi smiles sarcastically at Muskaan and says " Dr. Muskaan agar aap log nikki ko chodenge toh main uska khayal rakhoonga na. jab dekho aap log uske around rehte ho. Waise apki duti hai na 30 mins mein OPT main. Apko nahi lagta aapko jana chahiye." Muskaan looks at him angrily and says "Haan jaa rahi hoon. Ab thik se khayal rakhna Uska. Pyaar se samjhe. Don't shout at her or get angry. Pyaaaar se samjhe" and stomps off .
Abhi goes inside and sees Niki and asks her how she is feeling. She replies "Hungry!!" he smiles at her and says " toh madam Nikita , aap kya khayengi?" She says "Aap jo khilayenge!!" He replies, " karele Neem ka soup?"..She makes a face and hits him with a pillow which Abhi sidesteps. She says she doesn't trust him so please can they go out. He sternly refuses but she starts requesting him like a child. After 5 mins he takes her hands and says " OK Ok'bache ki tarah zid karti ho. Not today. You rest today and I will take you out tomorrow. You can also get dressed up and feel good. Also after that you can stop complaining ki tumhe khana nahi milta mere saath!!" She looks at him and slyly asks " kya date par le ja rahe ho dr. Modi?" Abhi looks into her eyes and says "Haan". She shys away from his gaze but he turns her face towards him and says " will you please come on a date with me? It will be my pleasure". She shyly nods her head and Abhi bends down towards her and she says " Am hungry". He smiles and gets her some khichdi which he had gotten prepared by his maid for Nikki. Later when Abhi is leaving Nikki thanks him and he says " Tommorrow at 7:30. Will see u then. Bye"
Niki says "sirf bye?"He bends and gives her a peck on her cheek and leaves. Nikki is disappointed. She thinks that maybe she was reading him wrong. He is caring but he still doesn't come too close to her. She mentally gives herself a shake and starts thinking about what to wear for her date!!
PART 2
Next day at five Nikki is getting out of the locker room when Armaan stops her and asks her where she is hurrying too. She says " main woh uh.." when Muski comes and says "Modi ke saath khana khane". Both Nikki and Armaan stare at her and Muski says " haan, aise kya dekh rahe ho. Nikki he should take you out . You got sick because of him aur machaar itna toh kar sakta hai na tere liye. Idiot kal bhi Nikki ke ghar pahunch gaya tha kaam le kar". Armaan looks Nikki and says " That idiot Modi made you work yesterday too. Good then he should definitely take you out. Go to an expensive place aur itna bill karna ki who yaad rakhe gadha!! Aur sun extra khana humare liye le kar aan" Nikki nods her head and starts to leave when Armaan says " Aur sun, take care. Us idiot se dariyo mat khoob order kariyo." And winks at her. Nikki smiles and says I have to go and waves bye to him.
At 7:30 Abhi rings Nikki's doorbell and when she opens the door he cannot stop staring. She is wearing (http://www.edressme.com/sc0071.html) with long dangling diamond earrings , a diamond bracelet in her hand and silver open toed sandals. She sees Abhi staring at her and asks if she looks Ok. He is so mesmerized by her that he extends his hand towards her face to touch and see if this beauty standing in front of him all dressed up to go out with him is real. He touches her face and Nikki asks" kya hua?Kuch laga hai kya?" He slowly shakes his head No and under his breath says " Are you real? How can someone look so beautiful?". Nikki can't understand what he says and asks him to repeat it louder. He shakes himself out of the reverie and clears his throat and asks, "Chalein?" Nikki is really disappointed that Abhi did not complement her but she nods her head and walks ahead of him a little angrily towards the car. She thinks that I took so much pain to look good for him but all he did was touch my face as if something is on it. He didn't even say that I look good.
Behind her Abhi is thinking that how gorgeous Nikki looks and how the dress fits her and how in the world is he going to keep his hands off her and eat dinner!!He takes a deep breath to control himself which Nikki hears and presumes that he really doesn't want to go out with her thinking " Ab Aahein bhi bhar raha hai.But I will enjoy my dinner. He can feel whatever he wants to!!"
They reach the Taj Hotel parking and when they get out Nikki looks at Abhi shocked " Yahan?" He nods and says "Haan" Nikki asks " Par yahan'I mean I didn't mean that u have to..oh this is too.." Abhi turns her towards him and asks " Kya hua? You don't like this ? This is my favorite hotel. The food is great. You will love it." She looks at him and says "Par mein who'" He bends down and gently places his lips on hers and says "Chup. " She closes her eyes but Abhi moves away from her. When she opens them and looks questioningly at him he asks her " Don't you want to eat?.If you keep looking at me like this I will forget all about dinner and eat you here but again you will complain ki main bhookhi reh gayi" Nikki blushes furiously when she hears that and starts walking towards the entrance. Abhi catches he hand and says " Not without me Sweetheart!! The way you look today I can't let anyone think that you are alone" and wraps his arm around Nikki's waist and they start walking together with Nikki blushing red at Abhi's statements.
As they go towards the restraint the Maitre De smiles at Abhi and leads them towards a secluded balcony where a romantic candle lit table is set for two overlooking the queen's necklace. Nikki loves the whole setting and after the Maitre De leaves them she turns towards Abhi and says "Its beautiful. All for me? Thank you so much Abhi" He comes close to her and says " Sirf thank you?" She smiles and gives a peck on his cheek and says " Am hungry ".He smiles and he pulls out a chair for her and says " ok sweetness, khana mangatay hain" They put in their order and wine is served. Nikki sighs and Abhi asks "Kya hua" she says that this is the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for her . Abhi looks at her and says " If you lov'like someone so much toh yeh toh kuch bhi nahi hai" Nikki looks at him and aks him " Achha ji!! Toh Dr. Modi aap jise pasand karte hain uske liye kya kya kar sakte hain?" He looks into her eyes, takes her hand and says " Uska haath pakad sakta hun" then he gets up and pulls her up with him. "Usko aise paas lakar uske saath dance kar sakta hoon" Nikki says "Aur" he says " Hmm Aur'hmmmmm'use yeh keh sakta hoon ki who itni khoobsurat hai ki meri aankhein uss se hati nahi" Nikki " Aur", Abhi " Aur yeh ki who jab bhi mere itne kareeb aati hai to use apni bahoon se nikalne dene ka dil hi nahi karta." Nikki "Aur", Abhi " Aur yeh ki who bahut hi zyada irresistible hai aur mujhe yeh pasand nahi ki woh abhi tak poore tarah se meri nahi hai" Nikki looks at him and asks "Matlab?" Abhi looks at her and says " Nikki, I love you Jaan. You are my life I can't live without looking at you. I can't stand leaving you at night.I hate to g to my house alone. I am sorry about how I kissed you that night. If you can accept me I would like to love you forever." Nikki looks at Abhi with tears in her eyes and nods her head. " I love you too Abhi. Please lets love each other forever."

Nikki is stunned at the proposal and is filled with happiness but just doesn't want to say yes so easily so teasingly she asks " But mera kya fayda hoga?.U will get a beautiful wife what about me?" Abhi's head jerks up in surprise and then when he looks at her he realiases that she's teasing him. He gets up, gathers her towards himself and kisses her. Both get lost in each other and the emotions take over. After a while he releases her and says " yeh milega. Chalega?" Nikki blushes and says "haan.Yes I would love to marry you Abhi." He gives her the ring and looks at her and says softly in her ear " Nikki, I can hardly stay away from you any longer. You drive me crazy. Let's get married soon Jaan". NNikki blushes and nods and looks at him and he kisses her again. Both think " Gaya ek aur dinner. Ab toh shaadi ke baad hi thik se kha paayenge dono."

The next day, Nikki is sitting in the locker room and looking at the ring Abhi gave her and is lost in her thoughts when Armaan walks in and says , "Hi Nikki!". Nikki doesn't hear and Armaan looks at her and catches her smiling to herself. He goes behind her, bends close to her ear and says softly, " Who are you thinking about?". Nikki still lost in her thoughts, sighs softly and says, "Abhi". Armaan straightens up and says, "What?? When did this Dr. Modi become Abhi for you? Aur tum uss kamine ke bare mein kyon soch rahi ho?"
Nikki breaks out of her reverie and stands up. She looks at Armaan , then her hand and then hides it behind her back and says ," .A' A' Armaan, main woh kuch nahi'main woh yeh." She blushes guiltily. Armaan goes near her and pulls the hand she is hiding behind her back and his eyes fall on the beautiful ring on her finger. He stares at the ring and gives a low whistle. He looks at Nikki who is blushing furiously and trying to avoid his eyes. He lifts her face and asks " We are best friends aren't we? So what is it that you are hiding from me? Are you'are you'.seeing someone?"
Nikki moves away from Armaan and turns her back to him. She feels confused about what to tell Armaan as she knows how much he detests Abhimanyu and also how he behaved with him at Dr. Keerti's wedding. She thinks about her love for Abhimanyu and wants Armaan, who is as close as family she can call, to accept her love for Abhimanyu too. She does not want to lie to Armaan and nor does she want to hide the most beautiful relationship of her life.
Determined, she turns to face Armaan. She takes his hands in hers and looks into his eyes and says, " Armaan you have always been there for me and I know how much you care for me. Yes, you are right. I am seeing someone. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me. He is caring, always looks after me, has always helped me every step of the way."
Armaan looks at her surprised and asks "Who? Where did you..." He thinks for a second and then shocked he turns to Nikki and shouts "MODI? Abhimanyu Modi? You are going out with HIM?" "I can't believe this! Nikki how can you forget that he tried to use you? You think he is the best thing? " Nikki shakes her head and says, "Armaan , that's not true he never tried to use'". Armaan shakes his head and says, "Unbelievable, Nikki tu intni bholi ho sakti hai maine soocha nahi tha. Uss kamnine ne.." Nikki sharply says, "ARMAAN".
Armaan looks surprised and asks her that she is getting mad at him because he is speaking the truth. Nikki sighs under her breath says "Good lord,both these men get angry at the drop of a hat. Kabhi ek ko samjhao toh kabhi dusre ko.". Armaan looks suspiciously at her and asks, " What?" She replies, " Sit. I said sit." Armaan smiles sarcastically and says, " Sit? First I need to go , find this Modi and give hima piece of my mind. How dare he use you like this ! This time I am going to beat him to a pulp." Nikki goes and stands in front of Armaan with hands on her waist and says, "Enough Armaan bahut ho gaya .OK. Enough. Why don't you listen to me for a change?" "Sit down and hear what I need to say." She pushes him on a bench and says, " Do Not interrupt me ok."
She goes ahead and tells him about what happened on the evening with Patil. How she misunderstood Abhi and how in spite of winning the boxing match he never asked her to rejoin the New Sanjeevani project. How he always looked after her, helped her in the presentation and how he had saved her from the goons during the riots and also how he saved her from SuSu's brother even at the cost of the investor's wrath.
After hearing all Nikki had to say Armaan cannot believe his ears. He is stunned and looks at Nikki and say, "Uss kami'.mera matlab hai Modi did all this? Are you sure?" Nikki gives him a severe look and he says, " Of course you are sure. You were there right?" "Right" says Nikki.
"Ahem 'and you both love each other?"
" Yes".
" I see and he has given you this ring?"
"Yes"
"Oh so you think he will marry you?"
"Yes"
" Ha!'..he is playing games with you. Saying ILU and promising to marry you but Nikki he will not marry you. If he meant it he would have not given you this ring alone but would have told the whole world. Celebrated."
Nikki looks at Armaan and says, "You are like a phata record. You still think he is wrong? After all I told you you are still think he is usin me? Whatever will it take to convince you ever?"
"Ask him to propose in front of your friends".
Nikki is taken aback and shouts, "What?" "No Way. I am not insulting him again and nor will I let you insult him."
Armaan laughs sardonically and says, "Izhaar karne mein insult. Iss Modi ki baat baat par insult ho jaati hai. If he loves you why can't he say it in front of your friends?"
Nikki gets really angry at this and says, "I believe him and he doesn't have to keep proving it. You want to accept it or not it's up to you but please think about what I said and try to be civil with him for my sake."
They stare at each other for a few seconds and angrily Nikki turns to leave when Armaan catches hold of her hand and stops her.
"Nikki, you must love him a lot to fight with me for him. For your sake I will try to be civil to him. He better be worth it and never ever hurt you nahi toh mujh se use koi nahi bacha payega."
Nikki turns to him with a smile on her face and hugs him. "Thank you Armaan. I know he will never hurt me because I know he loves me a lot. Oh thank you, thank you thank you soooooo much Armaan."
Looking at a joyous Nikki Armaan hugs her and says under his breath, "One wrong step Modi and then no excuse not to kill you. You hurt Nikki and I will make the world a better place without you"
Nikki asks, "What?"
Armaan looks at her and says, "Duty. Let's go."
