i don't think Prem forgave her ... and even if he did what do u expect from a son whose mother tells him that she did it for his happiness? I mean he only know abt the case issue, he is still unaware of all the other things she did. And if you had noticed Prem today too said 'aap meri maa ho hi nahi saktien' so i don't think he forgave her
