Written Update : The Gift

The Gift
Daya does the intro.. he says think what if you eat a cake and there is... in it... he says forget it this is too horrifing..
and then he slowly says that the case is really bad and upsetting.. in a birthday party there were kids bones in the cake and then they find more bones.. and when they get to know that these bones are of kids, they get really sad, angry and upset.. and they wonder who would do all this and then ... then he says its a bad case and see it urself...


Happy Birthday party... 2 ladies come.. the saas tells the bahu that Rohan was broken when his first wife died and after ur marriage.. Rohan and the kid are glad... then the saas points at another man and says see he is so bad...

A drunk man comes to Arnab and says that why are u staring at Rohan ur partner like this.. the drunk man is the cousin bro of Rohan.. Arnab scolds and goes.. he tells Rohan that its time.. and the Rohan calls everyone.. its Sunny's birthday and also Rohan is launching a new construction company...

and then they come to cut the cake.. the cake is cut and all is fine... and then the ladies stop eating.. they take it out... there is haddi in the cake.. Rohan gets a call that there is a stealing done on the godown and the manager is killed...

Rohan goes to see and the watchman says that manager came.. and then Rohan scold him.. Arnab and the bro come.. they talk that manger is killed and crores of rs is lost.. the consienment was to go...

Rohan is worried abt the murder and then Arnab finds a gift box.. he opens it and there are more bones in it... Rohan takes the bones and he is disgusted...

In the bureau... Arnab and Rohan are sitting...

ACP says that ur manager was faithful.. he gave his life to save the factory.. Arnab says yea he was an old employee.. and ACP asks what was he doing at the factory?? I am told that u (arnab) sent him... and Arnab and Rohan querrel and then ACP says that there is a murder and 200 kg pesticide is missing...

Rohan says that there are a few builders who could do this...

VIvek comes and says that the guy who got the cake has ran away and cant be traced...

In the bureau... someone was crying and ACP asks Saluke why are you crying and it was Tarika who was crying... and then Saluke doesnt know why.. ACP asks her and she says that these all bones are of a child... everyone is shocked listening to it and they are all upset.. the bones are of different kids...

Daya says why would some send these...

Saluke says that all kids are under 9... Abhi says that there have been so many kids dieing and we dont knw... Saluke says that we can find now for some bones are burnt.. and that means that kids died of burning...

ACP revises the whole incident... and then asks Saluke about the manager... Saluke shows the wound and says that someone stabbed him with a knife.. the knife went way in and so he died...

ACP gets a call... ACP gts worried about it and Abhi asks what? and then ACP tells that this was left to happen.. someone poisoned Rohan's full family

Arnab is at City Hospital.. very worried... he is talking to himself saying it might happen to him too.. Abhi, Freddie, Vivek and Daya come... Arnab tells that whole family except Rohan are ill and Rohan is fine for he wasnt at home when all this happened.. then Arnab gives a packet and says that a ward boy gave it to Rohan and Rohan got worried and tore it...

Abhi and others go in and ask... the saas is fine and awake and she says that we took breakfast and then water and it has to be water for Neel got ill taking it and we all got ill too...
Abhi asks Freddie and Vivek to chk the entire pipeline and get samples...

Dr Saluke chks water and it has poison.. ACP says now I get why Arnab is critising the partner.. only Rohan is fine.... Tarika made the image out of the torn paper.. it is a building and something written on it... ACP says that Rohan got scared by this only and then Tarika turns the paper and it reads "Get Well Soon"

Abhi gets a call and they all hurry..

Arnab was behosh.. the servant is crying.. the family is in Kerela... there was some wine in a glass but why was Arnab drinking alone and there is no bottle... so they get suspecious.. and ask Freddie to chk... Abhi says need to be something wrong with wine... Daya says looks like for there is just blood coming from mouth and he is dead..

Freddie shouts from inside.. everyone rushes in and there is a similar gift box.. Freddie says I wont touch it.. Abhi takes it and opens it and more bones..

ACP says I dont get from where the bones are coming.. ACP asks do you know the meaning Freddie? and Freddie says that some more people died.. and somehow the died people must be related to Arnab... maybe for Arnab gave the sketch.. then only he was killed.. ACP asks for the sketch.. its OR 1909 written on it... and they all think that it must be an orphanage.. and it was burnt.. 3 years back for the bones are 3 years old...

ACP then give a number of an NGO of kids welfare.. ACP takes the call.. and then tell the whole thing abt the orphanage and there was such an orphanage in St something.. Daya and ABhi are worried listening abt it and say that thats the place where Arnab's factory is and where the manager was killed...

Vivek says that someone is taking revenge.. ACP says that the one who took care of the orphanage is alive and in a village.. ACP sends Daya and Vivek...

In the lab... Saluke was seeing the testtube and ACP says why are you drinking it .. we need you... and Saluke makes a bad face at the bad pj.. and then Saluke says that it does have the same pesticide as in Rohan's house water supply...

then Saluke tests the sample to know its contents and when he knows the acid, pH and alcohol content.. he is glad and gets a book.. ACP says why are u so happy.. tell us too.. and then Saluke reads from the book.. its a wine called Cocket (or sth like this)... then Abhi gets a call... Arnab's son..

Abhi and Freddie visit there.. he says that mum got paralatic attack and so I had taken her to Kerela.. Piyush says that Arnab never drank wine.. there was no wine.. he might take it one in 6 months or so.. the servant sees from out and is scared.. Abhi says so the murderer got the bottle and then took it back...

Daya and Vivek go to the old man.. he is covered in shawls.. he says he knows Arnab and Rohan.. they wanted the land and then the place caught fire.. only a few kids are alive.. and Vivek asks so you are committing murder and then the old man asks Vivek to be sent out.. Vivek doesnt want it.. and then as Vivek goes out.. the old man tells Daya that I recognised u the moment I saw you.. and you are my long lost relative.. Daya laughs at the idea and says I dont remember my parents and you are my relative.. bt then the old man tells Daya some things and Daya gets really serious... and believes him..

at the bureau.. Vivek stands and ACP comes to him and says that if you lie.. I will be the bad guy.. and VIvek says he isnt lieing bt he aint telling the truth.. he is silent.. ACP says what is bigger.. friendship or CID.. and Vivek says CID... and then ACP asks what happened.. so Vivek says that there was a guy whose face was burnt.. whole of it.. but then as Daya knew he is the one so Daya wanted to arrest and ACP asks why didnt he arrest then? and VIvek says I dont knw.. ACP shouts.. and Vivek says I dont know for he was sent out.. ACP says what next and Vivek says dnt ask me... ACP is really angry.. and he says he wants to know so VIvek was speaking.. bt not properly.. and then ACP shouts again and then Daya comes and says that the man is my relative.. and then there is a little fight... Vivek tries to tell Daya that he didnt want to say and ACP says bt ACP sir caught my neck and Vivek is caught up and then...
ACP says that the man who is killing and stuff and you are lieing and saying he is ur relative and Daya says that I am not lieing.. Daya says that I thought that he is innocent so I left him.. Daya says that I dont have parents and I never knew abt any relative and so...

then ACP asks Abhi to arrest the man.. Daya says that the man will die... bt ACP doesnt listen and finally Daya says I will get him.. ACP doesnt kinda believe.. so Daya says that sir if you trust me then you need to trust this too.. Daya says that the man said that the 3 kids were saved.. all 3 of them were in different homes... and Daya has the address and names of all..

ACP and Freddie visit a lady and say your kid is adopted? and yea.. and then another paretn.. the lady tells that yea I did adopt but the kid gets a card each yea and Abhi sees the signature is there about the orphanage.. and then the 3rd parent.. and they adopted the baby from a hospital..

they enter the hospital and the doctor says that just 3 kids were saved.. the caretaker Daman was cured but the matron.. her whole face was burnt and she was recommended to go to Singapore.. not much of the papers are left either...

Then Abhi and Daya visit a wine expert.. he says shame on wine that it was insulted like this.. he then asks for a diary and says that it is cocket and this is not liked much.. and it is available at only 1 place.. Binu's shop...

In Binu's shop.. a lady is fighting with him... and then she goes and then Abhi and Daya enter.. Daya shows the sample and Binu recognises it the instant.. and he says that only he gets it.. and then he chks the register and says that he sold the last bottle on 23 Jan and the same day Arnab died.. and then Abhi and Daya chk the register and they say oh.. so this is the one..

In the bureau.. they have some X rays and sketches of the one who is the burnt lady.. and then they make the face and its Pamela.. Abhi and Daya come and tell the same thing..

CID go to Rohan's house and ask abt Pamela... and ask who is Pamela and Saas says that Pamela did all the happened to u and she aint an orphan.. and Rohan is in danger.. Neel comes and says that Pamela and Rohan are gone to the same village... to some old age home...
Abhi asks Daya to lets go soon...

Rohan and Pamela get down there and Rohan asks her where did you get me to? and she gives him some blankets and asks to give them inside and she quickly takes out petrol from the back.. Rohan goes in and no one is there.. its all dark.. and he is a little scared.. just that old Daya's relative sits there.. Rohan goes to him and then wants to give him the blankets.. and then the man catches Rohan's hand.. Rohan is really scared..

In the car.. Daya says its all my fault.. bt Abhi tells that nw we need to save Rohan first..

As Rohan comes ut.. Pamela throws petrol on her and says that you burnt the orphanage and I will kill you but before Pamela could put fire... Abhi came and shot her...

Pamela says that his father donated the land but he wanted to put factory on it and when he didnt get the land.. he burnt it...
Abhi says that Pamela will definitely be punished for the murders and while Rohan he will never be forgiven anywhere for what he did...
