I haven't seen today's epi yet so my answers are per what I saw yesterday.
KS and Arohi didn't get married yet. They were in the mandap and Arjun came and pulled Arohi out.
I think Arjun was arrested bcuz he was falsely accused of killing Hariprasad.
Arohi left Arjun bcuz DK has blackmailed her, they haven't told us the clear reason of why she left him though.

Today's epi: HP fell from the roof, everyone thought Arjun pushed him, cops take him away-story moves to present where Arjun has finished telling his story to Ganga,
she tells him Arohi never loved him, she wants to free him from jail but he refuses before leaving Ganga tells him Arohi is in Mumbai and he would have to get out of jail to find out what's happening in her life...epi ends

Arohi had a reason for leaving Arjun we still don't know what it is, could be DK but there can be more to it too...
