Odd couples of the season - Article

Asin- Ajay Devgn- London Dreams

Besides one film hit in Hindi movies, Asin has done a lot of work in the south, while Ajay has a lot of work behind him in Hindi movies, but strumming a guitar and playing a musician for London Dreams remains to be seen. Both are good actors in their own right, but a pair will be something to assess only after the movie has been seen. Asin seemed to gel with Aamirin Ghajini and they made a good pair. One remains skeptical of these two.

Rani- Shahid- Dil Bole Hadippa

Shahid and Rani seem to make a pair after shedding a lot of weight. They do make a good pair, unlike the disaster with Vidya Balan who looked far too old for Shahid. Each having good acting skills and delivering hits in their own right, these two together may just create a new hit pair, in more forthcoming films.

Kangna- Bobby- Vaada Raha

The story line certainly does not seem to have much of a role for Kangna. And the pair does not seem to really pair at all. Kangna with her previous performances seems an unlikely candidate enacting opposite Bobby. The story is based on the main character of a doctor played by Bobby and his lady love Kangna.

Konkona-Ranbir- Wake Up Sid

A completely unlikely pair, a good looking guy with a plain Jane, sounds ridiculous and that too in a Hindi movie, sounds preposterous. Because, the world of Bollywood is a perfect world and does not like such a pair and most likely will lead the film to be a dud, for the people too something like this is an unacceptable thing.Let's wait and watch, on the contrary this might be the hit jodi of the season.

Salman -Ayesha- Wanted

They do make a good pair on screen. Salman has the ability like Govinda to act with any female actor and still make a good pair. It remains to be seen how comfortable Ayesha is with Salman in the movie. This is a remake of the Tamil hit Pokiri, where Salman plays an undercover cop.

Priyanka- Uday- Pyaar Impossible

An impossible pairing. Thinking of Uday one is reminded of him as seen in Dhoom 1 and 2. But with his comic role as a geek trying to woo a glamourous babe could just do the job. The question remains why would Priyanka act opposite Uday, or was it just the need to work under the Yash Raj banner.

Irrfan - Dia - Acid Factory

Irrfan is a perfectionist and considering that he is a veteran actor with many good movies under his belt, he tends to make his co-stars comfortable. He will get the viewers to take a second look and opposite Dia, they might just sizzle the screen when few expect it.

I dont think any of them are odd.. Specially Shani.. they look cute.. and Sals and Aisha are also cute!
