I loved this interview. Charulata would be a dream role for any actress to play. The film is a classic. Actually, Konkona has said the same thing in an interview too I believe. Satyajit Ray has said if I remember correctly that he considers it to be the film he made with the least flaws.
Sonam has won my heart once again by saying she has soft corner for Katharine Hepburn as I do myself. KH's spirit is something I love and the roles she chose to do, such a wonderful actress too. A true firecracker to say the least, which one could say Sonam is as well.

charulata , satyajit ray's best directorial according to him..soumitra chatterjee and madhabi mukherjee were superb .one of my most fav movies.. this novel is one of the hundred gr8 work by tagore and one of the very difficult ones too, infact all tagore works r splendid n too difficult to assimilate. i am glad she hs such wonderful choices! and please sona a bengali film lol for me !! ami tomake khub bhalobashi lol :)
