sorry ppl.. i just started watching the show recently ...n i get most of the characters but im a lil confused bout josh...was he related to neone or was he just a frind of angad??

yep what she said
is correct.
i am trying to think of something else about him that wld be useful. (he try to patch eveything up between angad and kripa when they had a huge fight.)

Josh was trying to reunite angad & kripa ....& prithvi was trying to kill angad as he was in love with kripa...now josh knew the truth about prithvi....so prithvi killed josh...
