The forum is buzzing with NG so I wrote that subject line but my topic has nothing to do with NG! Analyzing and over analyzing Naitik.......that's all I can do😛😃.

Sometimes I wonder why we love Naitik so much😕😛?

Naitik is very impulsive, insanely jealous, overtly possessive, impetuous, hot-tempered, arrogant and extremely touchy yet there is a heart-warming vulnerability in him, an inherent decentness and enduring kindness in his eyes which draws everyone to him like a magnet. Naitik as a character is, all-possessing, domineering, forceful and deeply passionate'''and so is he as a lover. His love for Aksh blinds him completely and he is not able to see reason when faced with a prospect that Aksh might be having a fling with some other man be it RR or pen guy. He sees no reason, no justification, no rationalization when he gets jealous and goes berserk like a mad bull, hitting and lashing out at Aksh without giving her a chance to explain. But even in this animal behavior, we the audience, sense and come to deeply feel for, the frustration and aggravation of Naitik.

Naitik is extremely complex, flawed, intricate and obnoxious as a character and highly jumbled up! Yet, I can't but help falling in love with him coz he has a golden & love filled heart!

he might have a ego and temper and might get a bit too over possessive. and so blinded in his love that he'll forget logic or reason.
and so stubborn in his love, that this could also lead to eventual anger.
but when he loves, he loves passionately. and when he is hurt, you can bet that he is hurt way deep inside.

i think your last line is exactly why we get so attracted to him (like a magnet! yes, um precisely) just as akshara said, "woh dil ke bohot acche hain"

because at the end of the day, i think he has a heart of gold.

just like nani yaad aa jayegi suits Akshara's naniji, the phrase love is blind was made just for Naitik....however he is and what ever he does, we will like him...I should say I will like and support /justify his character...

LOL Ritu, true...... love is blind😛😆 . He is such is believable character. He is inherently decent, sensitive and madly in love (this is plain truth😃). I'm not saying that........ he is a saint & the Vatican should canonize him any given day😉. He is a deeply flawed hero who loves is lady. Karan rocks as Naitik .......he has given such credibility & sympathy to a character like Naitik. Today I was watching their 1st SR. OH! what a range what a confession from Naitik. It was just AMAZING!! For that matter Aksh in her sc with RR & Naitik was very mature, strong, loving and extremely self-respecting. I want to see a mature Aks now not kheee khaaa kahaa kind.

i think we just love the way he is..........if he will be goody-goody all the time we wont enjoy that at all......he will definately be a good husband......but being positive all the time is not naitik's nature....

dadi,akshara n varasha were having a conversation before the engagement n the way dadi talked about naitik that time was is just the perfect description...

YES, deeply flawed hero & complex character are an interesting study. They really interest me. If a character is portrayed brilliantly, then as an audience we instinctively start cheering for him/her. Naitik is strong & dynamic character but when he is mad & bad & rude with Aksh then I feel like whacking him on his bums and setting him right lol.

I have forgotten what dadi said. But generally the old lady is right. Hoping to see a lot of sparkling and simmering moments between Naksh now😳..

I think we all have good and bad within us.....i don't know how to phrase it not too good with words ........ but what i mean is everyone has a good side and a not so good side to their personality and i think Naitik with all his flaws still appeals to our that side of personality.....
Like Salman Khan...he is not ideal but still there is something about him which is attractive to his fans (including me) ....and i think Naitik's character in some traits has been modelled on his personality like the possesivenss .......

Definitely sometimes we get extremely upset with Naitik over his possessive and extremely passionate love for his wife but yes what Akshara said is the main truth. That hes very good from the heart, he has only good intentions and that he loves his Akshara soooo much hes afraid to lose her. I love Naitik because I see in him a man with a heart of gold who loves from the heart and is open and straightforward.
