Salman Khan's grandmother passes away

Bollywood actor Salman Khan's maternal grandmother, mother of Salma Khan, passed away last evening. She was 91 years old.

Salma Khan was by the side of her mother when she passed away. Salman Khan, who was supposed to travel by train for his role in Wanted, cancelled the journey to be with his grandmother. He visited her Mahim residence before she breathed her last. He spent sometime with her on Monday too.

Salman's grandmother had been not keeping well for quite sometime. Doctors had advised the Khan family to take her home last month. The funeral will be held today morning at the Shivaji Park crematorium.
