I'll marry Elesh when he has enough money: Rakhi
The Rakhi saga continues to play out as the item girl regularly finds ways to stay in the spotlight. This time around, Rakhi has spoken about Elesh Parujanwala, the man she got engaged to on August 2 on the reality show Rakhi Ka Swayamvar.
While talking about the new reality show – Pati Patni Aur Woh – she will be participating in, Rakhi says she will marry Elesh only when he has enough money. "I like Elesh a lot, but how can I hand over my life to someone who isn't earning a proper living. That's why we're going on another reality show," she says. "We will be living together 24 hours a day, so we will get to know each other really well. If we manage to adjust to each other, then it's great. If we don't, then we have to think about our decision. I will be friends with Elesh even if our relationship doesn't work."
She adds, "I want to see the real Elesh. I want to marry a man who is supportive. When we go out for dinner or shopping, he should be able to pay the bill and not me. And I want him to buy a house in town rather than stay with me. Elesh has seen me and my way of life but I have not seen his way of living." Rakhi says that she is quite worried about Elesh's financial status. "Mere dil mein bahut taqleef hai. I don't want him to be known as Rakhi's husband, so he has to work hard. I don't want him to be like my ex-boyfriend Abhishek; he was also a decent guy but he became known as Rakhi's boyfriend."
Though she is soon to be on a show in which she and Elesh have to take care of a baby, Rakhi says, "When a baby cries, I get a headache. I don't know how I am going to manage to survive on the show for a month, that too with a stranger's child. Even worse is that I have to cook, which I have never done." She adds, "Jaanwar bhi apna bachcha paal leta hai, ham to insaan hai. But still I don't know how I am going to handle my kid in the future as I can't even do my own makeup."
