yeah she have implants that's why she suddenly gained so much weight because youre not supposed to do anything strenuous for like a whole year. And i know this because the funny thing is my co-worker had implants, and she also looks EXACTLY like ayesha takia...even she admitted it..lol....but anyway ayesha wanted to remove them because they were causing her back problems.
