'I didn’t even read the script before I said yes!'

As the days go by, the excitement (and expectations!) surrounding Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Guzaarish is steadily increasing. Not only does the film mark Bhansali's third film with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, but also stars Hrithik Roshan who is apparently thrilled to be part of the Bhansali-Rai duo that has created magic twice already (Devdas, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam).

Speaking to the Times of India, Aishwarya explained that this film won't be as glamorous as her previous two with Bhansali. "Sanjay was so excited when he found the right script for us to work together in. 'This is it,' he said. For the first time I didn't even read the script before I said yes. It's a very real, very intense drama," she added.

The film, which is currently being filmed, seems to be an extremely enriching experience for the entire team. "rithik, Sanjay and I are like-minded people — very focussed and passionate about our work," Ash said. "The two films Hrithik and I did were poles apart and now Sanjay's film takes us into a totally different territory. Like I said, there's no glam zone in this one. I go completely by my convictions."

The actress, who has not had a Bollywood release this year, is also wrapping up Mani Ratnam's Raavan and awaiting the release of Shankar's Tamil film Endhiran (Robot).

Good to know that Sanjay is not wasting his energy on glitz and glamour this time.. He is very talented but sometimes he gets too obsessed to capture the outer beauty of things.. His earlier work like hddcs was nice.. hope to see that same old Sanjay back.
