Today i wholeheartedly enjoyed an episode of MJHT after quite some time and even Sheena's presence could not erase the big smile on my face. 😆
Yes, smile....even though the emotional roller coaster for SaJan continues, I smiled....I am still smiling 😳 and no complaining...😆 man it feels so good!!
First things first, the episode belonged to Mohit Sehgal/Samrat. Mohit was just excellent in the episode. 👏👏👏 it was his episode from start to end.
the background music throughout the episode was really good!!
I loved the desperation in his voice when he knew gunjan was on the phone line but could not talk to her. As a random aside, I like the inspector now. He is a SaJan cupid too now for turning on the speaker phone, thanks inspector ji. His facial expression hinted that he might even know about SaJan's love too. 🤣
Then Sheena-Samrat. I liked Sheena in the episode (yes, it helped that this was her LAST episode or else i might have thought otherwise 😆) and here's why: she hinted that Samrat has feelings beyond just friendship for Gunjan w/o actually outright saying he loves her and left the thinking and analysis up to Samrat. This is how it was done in the secret friend track with Gunjan-Purab -- Purab provided the impetus and Gunjan realized on her own.
I am happy Samrat is finally questioning his feelings and realizing w/o having an instance realization.
I liked seeing an irritated and miffed Samrat and Mohit was just too good in his replies to Sheena...but yes Sheena did eventually quiet him and make him THINK.
Finally Samrat's flashbacks! the ones with Tamana and Dia...finally oh finally, he finally realized how everyone talks about samrat-gunjan being more than just friends. it just hit him now...he is finally putting the pieces of the puzzle together!!
Samrat's flashbacks of Gunjan....I literally cheered during this part 😆 especially when i saw the pool scene, the rangoli diwali scene, the bike scene, rose day, holi....just the way I wanted it! I especially loved how he imagined Gunjan smiling with her eyes closed on rose day. i don't know but i found it very touching and endearing....then the dialogue of Samrat saying that every day should be special for Gunjan...yeh pyar hain, yeh pyar hain!!
Then the moment when Samrat said "Chashmish" and Gunjan instantly wakes up; its like they have telepathy between them 😳😆 I really liked the part when Gunjan prayed for Samrat, it was so sweet and even though shes ready to sacrifice her love yet again, its still touching...then she kisses her hand, hoping samrat can survive through this mess. awww..She did not break down but remained strong in this moment. 👏 Samrat questioning his feelings...chashmish mere liye special thi,aur special rahegi...is se bada koi sach nahin hain..👏👏👏
