Festivities on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah
Asit Modi's Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah always features current themes, festivals, and other occasions in its episodes.
The coming episodes too will see a lot of festivities. After members of Gokuldham society celebrated Raksha bandhan, they will now celebrate Janmashtami, Independence Day, Paryushan, Pateti and Ganesh Chaturthi in the coming week.
This is the first time a Parsi festival will be celebrated on Indian TV. The fun show had earlier celebrated Mahavir Jayanti, another rarity on TV. This time around, we will get to see Paryushan Parva.
The producers have reportedly roped in known Parsi personalities for the Pateti celebration. When asked about it, producer Asitkumarr Modi said, "I cannot tell you anything as it would spoil the fun. But I can assure you that the festive week will bring in lots of excitement, fun and exclusive content. We hope to spread more smiles."
