What did kavya do?

According the promo's kavya has done somthing to pammi or something happend to pammi and Kavya just says to Angry yug "that its life, aisa to hona hi tha?
What possibly happened?

i think its pertaining to todays episode, pammi will blame kavya for the accident. n yug will be angry.
