Katrina dethrones Priyanka !!

Priyanka Chopra who has accumulated lots of accolades for performing stupendously well in 'Dostana' has not been repeated in the Dostana sequel. Director Tarun Mansukhani has zeroed upon Katrina Kaif for the role as she is the present sensation of Bollywood.

A source reveals, "Katrina was chosen to play the female lead after much deliberation. Dharma Productions has auditioned dozens of new girls. Actually, they wanted a fresh face for Dostana 2. But finally, after a tedious Google search, they felt that Katrina's 'most hit' status on the Internet makes it apt for her to play the role of the 'most hit' girl by the boys in Dostana 2."

The sequel will be four times more entertaining than the original because Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham will be joined by Riteish Deshmukh and Arjum Rampal. Therefore, Katrina Kaif have to handle four guys. When Tarun came up with the sequel idea, Karan Johar said 'Go For It' and it will be again produced by the Dharma production.

Kat has agreed to star opposite John regardless of the tiff between Salman Khan and John and also readily agreed to act opposite Abhishek Bachchan in spite of having differences with Ash regarding the Barbie issue.
