Lot of loopholes in the story about the age of Kanji's child, his jail term, his actual son, santo's parents many list just grows like hanumaan's tail.

Good point! And is Maulik who is 19 not older than Santo who is 18? But yesterday they showed two toddlers (Khemi and Santo) whereas Kanji handed over a new born baby to the Wagelas. This would mean that Santo is older than Maulik.
