Hi ppl,

have you ever heard of coffee being used as hair-dye? i heard that its rather eefective..any1 tried?

i hvnt evr tried it...

bt i do knw abt it...

actually... wen ppl use mehendi or henna for hairs... dey mix either d tea leaf flavour color or coffee... 2 get dat reddish or deep brown effect ovr d hairs...

bt its effective on hairs wid d problems of hair whitenings...!

Want to have lighter hair? Put pure lemon juice from fresh lemon in your hair and then sit in the hot sun it gives a bleaching effect :)

well from what i heard coffee is a natural dye..though u have to do it a few times to get the color. wonder if any1 tried? haha...

btw i had no idea abt the lemon..but i only heard lemon would remove dandruff not used as a bleach..

hey... i have tried it and yes it works.. it gives ur hair a coffee like colour.... its matches very well with my hair colour... so looks quite natural

How does it work? I mean how do you apply it and for how long do you have to have it in your hair etc?

basically i get a bowl which is quite deep and fill it with water..add about 2/3 tablespoon of coffee into it and mix it so some of the coffee dissoves. As dying hair with coffee can be messy... i normally sit in the bath tube and then open my hair and dip my hair into the mixture of coffeee and water about 7 times or more depends what colour i want. I wait for a few minutes and wash it with shampoo and then conditioner and VOILA!! i have beautiful coffee coloured hair...=)

im going to try that i wanted to know how i can dye my hair naturaly thanks alot :]

i never knew you can do it with coffee i heard about lemon though x
