Sandeep's strongest point is his voice control. His voice is really good too, but being a musician I feel that he will have to create his own identity. These frequent comparisons with Udit Narayan are actually harming him, he has to establish his own voice. If you see all the new singers who have come up in the past few years (KK, Shaan, Sonu, Mashushree, Richa Sharma, Abhijeet Sawant, Amit Sana), they all have a unique and distinct voice. But I think Sandeep is really talented, I wish him all the best.
Another thing: I have seen Sandeep saying on camera, on 3 different occassions, that he would love to be known where ever he goes as "that guy Sandeep' from Indian Idol. Well this part of his dream has now come true, millions recognise him now. I wish he expresses that he really wants to win II2, coz I dont remember him ever saying that.
